We’ve shipped out close to 350 vials since our first thread was posted, both to Meso members and bulk customers, and this is the first I’ve heard of any negative experiences. I believe it to be an isolated instance, but we’re rechecking our stock to verify. We’re also checking our stoppers for overshoot and polymer strings.

Shit happens sometimes. If this is an isolated incident, which it seems to be, then how you take care of the issue is what matters.
Taking preventative measures and setting them into place so this won’t happen again is all you can really do.

WHAT STEPS ARE YOU GOING TO IMPLEMENT IN YOUR PROCESS TO ASSURE THIS ISN’T A CONTINUOUS PROBLEM?

Don’t let this be a common thing or you won’t get very far here. There’s been several sources that has been around a good amount of time that have never had these issues. So it’s not like it’s an impossible task.

I do like how you handled this situation and how you handled yourself. Good on you for that!

This incident should be another reminder to everyone that orders from anywhere to take a few minutes to inspect your shit. Ya know, the same shit that you’re gonna inject into your body.

No other instances were found in our finished vials. We did find a butyl stopper with overshoot on it though. Upgraded stoppers and flip-tops will be added to our next batch.

Just checked 4 vials of deca and 6 vials of test e and found no floaters.

yeah mine was just crashed. this was 14 vials total of mine that were good. only one of the four TC was barely crashed. fwiw.

Two bottles out of twelve have something floating. Bottle one has what appears to clearly be a hair and something tiny and blue that is only a spec floating. Bottle two has a curly cue.
