Apologies for the lack of presence here. The holidays are a busy time.
To clarify a few things, we found that the floaters were a result of a poor initial rinsing, not because of an issue while filling. They were still soaked in isopropyl and sanitized in the autoclave. Both the oil and vials are sterile. Obviously injecting yourself with foreign objects, sterile or otherwise, is a very bad idea.
As @ICD-HardThings mentioned, I will most likely go back to brewing by myself. Nothing like this has ever happened when I was the only one in the lab. An expensive and humbling lesson in rapid expansion. In the meantime, we're going to finish removing the contaminated products and dispose of them. Pictures will be provided.
