Actually i know a lot about the recent Chinese ban. I was in China actually when they enacted the banned. So basically the Chinese are doing a face saving act like what they did during 2008 Beijing Olympics. As you know Russia has been banned from the 2020 Olympics and President Xi doesn't want to be a laughing stock in the world stage that's why he rolled out this ban. Actually the Chinese has already banned steroids a long time ago, even in 2018 they issued a warning but China works differently than the USA. They may say they ban some stuff, but they may never enforce it. This time around what they added to the 2018 mandate was that they put a prison limit ( 3 to 5 years). But as you know in China, you can always pay your way out of Prision. Look at the dude that runs Yun Cheng in wuhan. The guy got caught selling fentenyl to the USA and nothing ever happens to him China just sent a couple of small timer to jail. but never the big dude like Yuan Chen. Also look at landmark chem. They shut down operation recently, but t hey were huge in the steroids market. the reason they get away with it is cuz the boss has connection to the military. China is not as black and white as you guys think.

As for shipping to the USA, there are so many smugglers in China that it's impossible to crack down. I even know exactly how they it over here, but for security reasons I can't speak publicly about, unless of course you private message me. Anyhow, there's an ARMY of re shippers in southern china port of Shenzhen. In the beginning of December the gov cracked down on some of them, but they are still going strong. I even talked to one of them and i asked them what they think. He was like.. yeah it's tough but hey i got a mortgage to pay.. it's between paying a fine or not being able to pay my mortgage.. i rater take the chance. None of the raw factory stop working, its mainly the middle men and the shippers that are affected. The raw factories that produce this stuff in China doesn't only produce steroid raw, they are usually big chem factories center around Wuhan China that produce a lot of food additive. The steroid powder business is like their extra side income. The government are not shutting the factories down (unlike 2008), but instead going after the middlemen and the shipper. unfortunately there're literially thousands of those middlemen and shipper so to be honest, this ban doesn't mean shit. It's only a face saving act for the rest of the world to see and most likely to push through the trade war with the US. Fentenyl is closely tied with Steroid powder btw, As you can see in the case of Yuan Chen. The chemical factory that pumps out Steroids are the same ones that pump out fentenyl, but they are also pumping out shit like cinnamon and stuff.

So if this isn’t that serious, why have Panda and Dragon raised their prices? What about Panda’s “license” and why exactly did LMC shut down operations?

Panda is just preying on you guys to be honest. Panda is a small operation compare to LMC. LMC has to close down because LMC is too big. It's like in people's face. I actually know the boss of LMC he runs a 200 people company with like 60 sales. He has military background that's why the gov gave him a heads up and told him to shut down. But watch he'll be back in a couple of months when shit dies down. The price of raw has not increased in China. I will tell u the truth. Also they are all ripping u guys off with the price they are selling to. Panda gets their raw for about 250 dollar USD and sell it to u guys for like 650 per kg, but I guess that's how it goes in China right. Panda is in Dongguan, I also know his operation very well. He basically purchase raw from factories in Wuhan and resell it to you guys. As for LMC, they actually is base in Wuhan and has their own facility. I don't know dragon personally.
