Elevated t3

What does just elevated t3 in bloods indicate. Everything else is normal. I'm almost wondering if it's always been like that and I never paid attention to it because I wasn't religiously monitoring my blood work prior to gear. Just hyperthyroid? Doesn't gear generally cause hypo? I'm not like aids skinny from it . I've questioned if it's slowed gains somewhat but I'm still growing. Only info I can find is hyperthyroid but I don't really have symptoms. Elevated BP but that could be a number of things. Thanks if ya know any first hand experience.

Csn you elaborate a little on "Elevated"
Do you mind posting your bloodwork?

Reference range for t3 uptake is 22-35%View attachment 124803

A bit odd
Nothing too serious, I doubt your doctor will even delve too much further, considering liver results.

It CAN happened with liver issues, but your liver values that I can see are in range.

TSH is also in range.

May want to get an scan done on your Thyroid, sometimes a goiter or minor growth will lead to this...

I would be MORE inclined to high TBG (Thyroid binding globulin).. think SHBG, but for your thyroid hormones as opposed to testosterone.

Hows your e2?

If its crashed, e2 plays a pretty significant effect on TBG.

Those are the only things I cam think of.
I'm not very up to date with Hyperthyroidism or elevated levels...

I'm Hypothyroidism (Specifically Hashimotos.

What does your doc think?

Last time I saw a doctor was pre trt a couple years ago and he told me to eat more tuna when I mentioned my dick wasn't working the same. I haven't been back.

Not sure high t3 uptake with a normal tsh is something to worry about without other thyroid bloodwork. If you still want to pursue, get a full thyroid panel with t3 levels.
