Will post diet later. Will be around 3200-3500 cals a day.

Stats: 6’3 220 lbs. not sure about bf 14-16%.

Mostly a recomp got lazy the last few months with school. Time to bring it back. Diets been on point now ready to take off. Sick of being sore all the tine

Test prop: 300 mg a week 1-4 weeks
(85 mg eod)
Test E: 400 mg a week. 1-12
(115 eod when using prop esters)
Mast prop 300-400 mg a week weeks 2-12 (85-115 mg eod)
Anavar somewhere tossed in there 50 mg a day probably last few weeks.
Aromasin as needed but I don’t think I will need any at all. 12.5 mg a week at most but will base on blood work.

Waiting to add mast in as I’ve never used test prop before want to see how I react and how it feels before adding another new compound.

What’s p4p? Never heard that one before. But what are you running your mast at? I’m staying relatively low at 350. I don’t want to rape my hair I’ve never ran a dht derivative before.

If all is well at around the time my E kicks I’m all for upping the mast just to see what happens

I’m jealous, still too young and early in my cycles to add in the 19-nors. I’d love a bit of tren in my system. Best of luck my man. Ima keep an eye out for your thread. Appreciate it.
 
This is basically start of week 2. Pinning EOD is tough. PIP is getting way better. I pinned delta for the first time and honestly not bad at all. My Prop is what is giving me the issues.

Doing cardio as we speak. Sitting at 227. So 7-10 lbs up. Obviously mostly water. Recovery is way way up. Noticeably hungrier.

Noticeably thicker look.

I feel like my estrogen is rising getting some hot flashes but water intake lacked last 2 days. Will pull bloods soon.

Pinned my flute and holy fuck that was a terrible injection in so inflexible turning at my hip like that. My lats instanstaly lock. I jabbed myself about 4 times. Super sore ass cheek for 4 days. Now I have my girl pin my ass.

Adding glutamine for heartburn.

Honestly love being able to eat more while getting leaner. Blows me away every time.


But honestly I think that accidentally happened I don’t remember doing that hahahha. It fit perfectly though. I stabbed the fuck outta my cheek.

Lol oh yea, I can definitely relate.

It wasn't so much pain as it was a shock but I remember the first few pins I did I ended up hitting a vein and blood sprayed up the bathroom door. Was just enough to have me say out loud: what the actual fuck

I still think back and laugh about it

I’ve never had that happpen but my first cycle I left my whole quad bruised from a pin. 0 pain or anything weird just entire quad was purple lmao. Scared me a bit.

The lifts are pretty great. Been staying to the basics a lot of compound movements. Noticeably way stronger and my volume is just unreal.
This week my ass is super sore. Making it hard to move. Gotta stretch yesterday I had a terrible workout. I also burnt myself in a tanning bed(1st time back in months if not a year). Did maybe 5 movements for my back and just had to leave. Was exhausted.

I took 6.25 mg of aromasin yesterday too due water retention, lack of sex drive, and pure exhaustion and tiredness just to see what would happen. Woke up today dryer more energy and just less clouded mentally. Could be from multiple things. I want to wait to pull bloods until the 5th week. But I am guessing I should now.

Also want to post pre cycle bloods which I will do right now.

I know my natty levels are really high. But I don’t care what anyone says I wake up seeing changes daily with 400 mg of test a week and feel 100x better. Fact is the drugs work if you know what you’re doing.

Don’t recommend this do not mistake it.

LH is pulsate in nature, it would take several test at various times of day to show. Also I’ve seen the ref range higher, I think up to 11. I wouldn’t complain about it, might be what’s keeping your tt levels on the higher end.
 
Strength through the roof. Still sitting at 225-230 based on water. Super happy with my results so far.

Added hcg and the balls are pumped up.

Nothing really new here. No new sides I dislike.

Buddy wants to try ostarine which I may throw in the mix just because I’ll have it. I doubt I’ll even notice it? But we shall see
 
Little update. Waking up around a solid 229-231 daily. Strength way up compared to 4 weeks ago. Not hitting crazy singles but overall I can just push heavier weight and way more volume. Training each body part 2-3 times a week depending what I am feeling.

Getting pretty thick. Starting to notice some body fat dropping extremely slowly. Going to start adding more intense cardio, sprint for a few minutes then walk at an incline for 1-3 min and repeat for 30-40 min.

I dropped the test E and increase prop to 150 eod and love it so far only a week in and notice a massive drop in water retention, I also dropped fattier foods such as bacon and way less red meat. Digestion is way better.

Honestly not sure about my cals to be 100% but definitely eating at least 3500 cals a day. 70-80% clean which want to clean up to 85-90% for the next couple weeks. This is a recomp so I don’t expect crazy gains but so far it’s been extremely surprising to me.

Added back in squats which went way better than I thought overall happy as can be.

Worst side effect is sweating my dick off especially when I sleep and after I eat.

Will Ben ordering bloods in another week along with ordering mk677 and some ostarine. Mk677 will hopefully help me eat more I don’t want to take much by my appetite is always meh.

Energy levels have been up and down to be honest. Each week my diet gets more strict though. Depending how I’m looking. I still have a decent fat store.

The week the test E kicked in I felt like garbage. This week feel a lot better. I’ve only been getting 3-4 liters of water in a day and it’s just not enough. I have slacked extremely hard on that. Which I’m almost certain is why i feel more sore and lethargic some days.
