Any good brain supps for mentality on cycle??

Man everytime I blast yes I make gains but fk my headspace gets bad. Like I'm more angry and irritated by things I shouldn't be angry about. Makes life much harder for me for no reason and I can't seem to fix this. Anyone get like this and how do you cope any supps that help the brain out?

I feel good and healthy but just mind set goes down the drain... even self confidence seems to drop but I look better and I can't seem to come to terms with why it seems to always happen.
 
5htp and gaba help me a ton. I deal with anxiety and depression at times but couldn’t handle the shakes from Zoloft and benzodiazepines make me a moody asshole.
There’s also a drink called neuro bliss that I drink daily and with my job is a life saver.

Was just about to recommend the 5HTP but couldn’t remember the name of it. How’s that for irony?
 
Ok cool I'll try 5htp what kind of gaba u using? Like prescribed gabapentin?
For me, 5 htp made me very agitated, and very irritable, and I wasnt cycling. But you don't know til you try. I wasn't even taking what would he a high normal dose.

Have been using lion's mane for the last few months and absolutely love it. My mood and memory has improved so much, like I can recall names really easily. And I am on tren right now. 7 weeks in ans havent felt angry. What is your cycle?
 
200mg 5HTP definitely levels me a bit but I’m low on mental sides. Will say, stuff gives me wild dreams.

Meditation maybe. I mean, you do work out your body. How about your brain? Instead of looking for "supps", and more drugs. Just a thought.
 
Uridine, Folate(Vitamin B9), a cholinergic drug like AlphaGPC. Take those all together. It's called the Mr. Happy Stack.

You could try semax,selank, and or tianeptine sulphate.

There are lots of nootropics out there that are beneficial. Depends what you are looking for, Cognition, Anti-anxiety, Stimulation, etc...
 
This is bro-logic, literally from an on-going conversation I've been having with a couple of friends at my gym. So it could be complete BS. It did appear to work for one of my friends, though...

If you don't already, you might try reading - books, not forums. If you already read, start picking topics outside of your experience, like history instead of fantasy. Whatever makes you think beyond your normal comfort level.

The idea (this is the bro-logic part) is that gear might stimulate brain activity, and make it bored with normal daily activity, and the irritability could be the result of it looking for a challenge. Like I said, it could be complete BS.
 
I have no personal experience with nootropics but Joe Rogan and Alex Jones make a lot of money selling them. One of my weirder buddies was taking Rogan's shit and said he had to stop because he was starting to think he was God. YMMV.
 
I don't know guys it's just fked this time around I'm running 700 test 400npp and my brain is just fked.... work is such a hassle dealing with people and even coworkers noticing im more quiet and angry. It's like my morning anxiety is just at an all time high and I can't beat it. I tell myself chill and that there's nun tocstress about but I just continue to be pissed and stressed over nothing and it's so realistic lol.

This is absolutely true. And "smart" phones have dumbed a lot of us down. Some people can no longer focus, and deal with their feelings. They need to be constantly simulated. I know I've fallen into that trap.

Interesting that could have been it. What about tren notice it gives me srs anxiety hence why I barly run it but fk I'm gonna run it now when this quarintine shit ends.
