@shreddedlabs What are you mixing for your oils? I noticed with the test it was very heavy and would cause lumps in my lats and pain in my delts that could last 5 days. I use other sources with no issues (mct Oil etc.) so was just curious.

When I asked what his carrier was for Test E, he said MCT.
 
@Tiredandhot I cant imagine. I usually stick to gearchurch from another board and its completely different including the color. Even his 400eq is smooth. Maybe cuz i got probably shreddeds first few times selling his test? Idk haha
 
Anyone try Inj Carnitine period, let alone Shredded's?

Im not the brightest at times and cant find much at all with any kind of dosing info or intramuscular or what.

But I did read a study that makes me pretty interested for a recomp cycle

from what ive heard trigili and chad nichols talking on podcast its subq but stings like a bitch. No personal experience. I prefer helios

Weird, my buddy and I both took the test E and didn't have what you described. I injected glutes, my buddy just does his delts.

really? Hurt me like a bitch lol i legit had lumps on my lats til it went down. Like it went through the syringe just fine. Just seemed to sit in the muscle. I got it when he had his deal on them for 15$ maybe black friday ish?

400-600mg. I don't recommend subq pins, IM is better.

Pin with preworkout meal, high carb.
 
Random question here, but has anyone heard of people getting edemas from DNP?

I never even heard about this until looking on a different forum.
 
Seems like I have a problem with water retention on DNP, I know the more water you drink the less of a problem you have, but I can drink a gallon and a half a day, but pushing past that is a challenge, I know that V8 juice makes me feel really hydrated, I know that magnesium helps regulate all other electrolytes in your body, so if you only do a couple things on DNP, I would suggest Mag and V8, at the very least
 
Also light to moderate training and LISS cardio gets your blood flowing which also contributes to removing unwanted water in your body, but you still will have water retention, your not gonna beat DNP in the water retention game, it’s too powerful, but you can control it to a extent
 
But if your still experience edema to your lower extremities, assess yourself by pressing your middle and index finger together above your ankle, And count the seconds that it takes to return to normal, 1 second = +1 edema....2 seconds = +2 edema... so on And so forth till you get +4 edema. Now +1 -+2 edema your ok, just increase water and elevate your lower extremities above your heart and it should go down, +3 and above. You may need to re-evaluate DNP
