Yeah it's just weird to say its being shipped on a certain day then almost a week later no response or package. He came through last time so I'm not too worried just hope it all gets sorted out. The product was great

I placed another order sat, asked for confirmation and nothing yet. He always comes through but I'm over the piss poor communication TBH. TP at least acknowledges payment after sending.

the way I see it is, don't reply back after payment and say it's going to be shipped next day if it isn't. Either just don't reply back at all or at least say it's going to be a week or two LOL.

Agreed and what if someone needs to change something within a few weeks? which I wasn't expecting T/A to be longer than a week or so and some people have competitions coming up :/.
@shreddedlabs, I'd like to share my thoughts with you. I've made a few purchases from you in the past, not recently, and I was pleased with the product.
Now, I think you need to decide how much effort you're willing to put into this. Originally, I considered your communication to be something like The Provider... Minimal yet efficient. However, it seems to have gotten into what I would classify as passive, inconsistent and generally poor.
The only reason you have customers is because you're offering a product that is somewhat exotic. I used to have multiple DNP sources that were all solid sources with excellent communication, as in email responses within minutes type of communication. Eventually, the sources tend to fall by the wayside and new ones take their place.
My point here is, there will eventually be a new DNP source pop up here.. and the nice little stream of cash you have coming in on the side is going to evaporate into nothing because you're not really giving customers a big reason to stick with you. Taking thirty minutes per day to keep up with this thread seems a small price to pay for the extra income this gig provides you. That income will be pretty much gone as soon as you have just one half assed competitor.
It seems absurd to me that I'd even post these thoughts for a source, but there they are. Food for thought.

Im pretty sure on my Informed Delivery a shipping label was created on March 15th from Shredded.. payment sent March 10th late so lets just say March 11th.. Package hasnt been sent but a little delay is ok.. hopefully its out by the end of this week.

@Eman thank you for your thoughts I will try to keep up with this more. I have an idea in mind that may help so that I can access this whenever I want and so so securely. since communication is an issue for us and everybody seems to be quite distraught about it Ill try to implement it as soon as possible.
There is a small delay with some packages that ordered any oral or injectable steroids because I had to move the product and our equipment to a new location last week but everything is set up again and those packages started going out yesterday.
