Canadians talk domestic

I have a bench, rack, 300 lb barbell set and dumbbells up to 60 lbs at home in garage that I just set up a week ago. For the most part I can do everything I need with that, albeit higher rep sets and more back to basics. But no complaints. Might have to buy some more 45 lb plates if I can find them. I also started doing some rehab work to repair a shoulder issue. Good time to get that done.
I want 8 45s and 2 of everything from 35 down to 2.5, squat rack, adjustable bench, oly bar, ssb and life would be good lol

I also found strength bands to be useful now with what I am doing. Shoulder band pull aparts have been a great addition for my shoulder rehab. Two weeks of doing them every second night and shoulder feels more stable and healthy already.

TBH @EazyE I would be stoked with your set up.... I thought I didnt have to worry about it as I had a couple options but they didn't pan out. Hopefully relatively short lived and can get back at it soon work on finishing the cut

Yeah I have nothing to complain about. One guy I know said he has little access to equipment but his routine is:
Dips
Chins
Hand Stand Push Ups
Reverse Lunge
RFE Single-Leg Squat
Single- Leg Calf Raise
Med Ball Slams
Mobility Work

I think he will do all right overall.

Met a guy at a local shop he says he knows a powerlifter with a home gym and looking for a workout partner. Planning on call the guy at the shop to give him my name and number and hope he calls lol

Lucky you. I have some DBs here but thats it. I'm either tripping out on my legs or they're actually shrinking. My pants feel looser. Not happy. Only thing I do for squats is make my GF sit on my back and squat her. But she's only 120lb

Still denying that you’re Nordic?

Hello

How is everyone doing with the no gym? I am personally finding it hard to maintain my body in this environment.

Definitely hard mentally as someone who works from home. Going out to the gym and I was in such a groove with 2 a days for awhile was my mental relaxation. Starting to get a bit stir crazy luckily I bought a nice dip station with rings have a matt, some bands but not enough.

Just wanted to say a quick hello to all my Canadian bros! I was on this site a little bit a couple years back, wasn't super active though. Stepped away from the juice for the past year and a half because my back looked massacred from the acne (terrible skin genetics and DHT was out of control high). Accutane cured it all up though. Gonna start back up again with low dosages though! Anyways, all that to say, good to be back in here lol
