Is it optimal to take dnp fasted or with food? Also anyone try 5 on 2 off?
DNP takes time to build up in your system. The two days off in my opinion is pointless. Don’t drag the cycle on any longer than necessary. If im doing low dose, I just take the one cap before bed. I’ve never taken with food. The oral steroids I’ll take with grapefruit juice as it’s suppose to increase the bioavailability. Not sure if that’s science or broscience. I just roll with it
 
Carb depleting before cycle.. does it make a difference? All the threads from 10-15 years ago talk about it a lot but I don’t see it as much anymore

Just my opinion, but carb depletion is really only necessary for short blasts. DNP clears out your glycogen stores in 1-2 fats on its own
 
Damn my chest is really tight this time around. Last night when I was trying to fall asleep it felt like someone was squeezing my damn heart with their hands. It was a pulsating sensation as far as how long. The time was random too no rhythm.

It’s making me want to stop but only because of what’s going around and my state barely beginning to be effected by it. 400mg a day, been about 2 weeks. Last run was 200mg for a month.

Did you just switch over to the liquid or have you been running it the whole time?

I don’t think heart palpitations are common with dnp.. or any heart related issues.. maybe I’m wrong?

Damn I just took a cap too! Made myself throw up just in case. Saw a tiny tiny little piece of the cap come out. So it had already dissolved.

My usage isn’t anything severe or out of the norm. If anything it’s moderate. It could have just built up and I could be sensitive to the compound.

I’ll keep ya guys posted.

I’ve lost a shit ton of fat these 2 runs btw! Worth it!!

I ran liquid for a couple of days to make sure it’s dosed properly. It totally is btw.

Then went back to caps.
 
You guys with breathing issues and chest tightness need to tread carefully. If you mean you're out of breath while at rest, you need to drop the DNP. It is a sign of impending toxicity. Same with temperature creeping over 99.4 degrees.

Chest tightness could be from water retention. That's not a common side effect that I've heard or seen in research literature that I recall. I would monitor that closely.

I have more tightness than anything and shortened breathing. While resting and all! It’s such a trip! I guess I’m too toxic at this point.

I’ll drop it today! Well after that cap I just did.

Anything else I can do other than drink water and take daily vitamins to help?

It should subside pretty soon once you've missed your next typical dose, at least in my experience. Definitely want to avoid shortened breath at rest, that's a sign you're getting into the danger zone.

I'm not saying everyone should feel great on a DNP cycle, but if you're genuinely miserable and working through side effect after side effect all day... The dose is too high. For some people that's 100mg... I personally know someone that can take well over a gram and feel just fine. It's a very peculiar drug, sticking with the lowest dose that gives you results is paramount.
 
Agree completely with Eman. I don’t have a lot of weight left to lose but some stubborn belly fat that seems to be a mix between loose skin with some remaining fat (like a deflated balloon) so I decided to try some DNP just for a couple of weeks to see. Here’s the notes from that time:

Day1-3 200mg: Hardly noticed anything. The third day at 200mg when I went to bed I had to kick my sheets off the upper half of my body but leave them over my legs. That was the extent of the sides.
Day4-6 400mg: Not much different day 4. Day 5 I noticed a touch of sweat when I ran and did the massive grocery store run. The morning of day 6 I woke up with a touch of sweat around the collar of my tshirt.
Day7-14 500mg: Noticed a bit more daily fatigue. Minor sweating during the night. I added a morning caffeine pill to my regular daily large amount of regular caffeine intake.

All in all my trial round wasn’t nearly as bad as I assumed it might be. I was able to continue with my body weight exercise routine but could tell I tired and sweated much more than usual. My weight came down 2 pounds but I was also doing body weight lifting exercises and the stubborn areas seemed to get a little smaller.

All in all I’m not sure I’ll do it again but I won’t be afraid of it assuming I do it again. I would probably move to 600mg max for me individually as well.

Im actually feeling alot better tbh. My last dose before that cap was quite some time ago.

This is going to sound irresponsible as fuck but last time i was on DNP i took shrooms and that shit was amazing. Just a heads up for anyone in the future that wants to while on cycle. I wouldn't fuck with anything else though like cocaine and those types of drugs. Fuck that. (not my cup of tea)

I know this makes me look like an idiot but its for anyone else out there. Better they have the info than not.

I think beta agonists will help you get rid of the stubborn fat more then DNP or DNP alone. Combining them can be a very powerful way to shed the fat off.

When I was doing research a while back before my trial run I was deciding between an ECA stack or DNP. The ability to get Ephedrine was a limiter as I didn’t want to go bronkaid with the other ingredients in it.

I’m thinking if I try anything again I will go that route Eman—can the E be replaced with Albuterol? I’ve read a lot about Albuterol but nothing in regards to it being a ephedrine replacement in a stack. Thanks!

Ephedrine is definitely a pain in the ass to get. I bought a lot of it a while back from a source that sells vet grade with no additives and it's great, but he recently stopped selling it so I'm taking a new approach to getting more.

Albuterol is fine, not the same but comparable. Definitely in the ballpark of what you're looking for. It gives you an idea of what clen will do, clen is stronger but honestly I get worse sides from it than DNP.

You can try yohimbine, it's good if you tolerate it well but it can really be overwhelming for some people. I think the correct dosing is .2mg per kg of bodyweight (double check that before you do it, I'm not positive on the math there). It can be taken with caffeine but you'll definitely want to titrate the dose up over time, don't slam 20mg all at once. You also need to be fasted for it to have any effect, it's best for morning cardio. Any insulin response will completely negate the fat mobilization effect.

Most of these fat burners are better taken with L Tyrosine.

Yeah I’ve considered a trip across the border and mailing it back to myself but that’s not happening right now.

Just a little update about whats going on with us.
Currently we are in the process of upgrading our lab filtration equipment that should allow us to filter much more quickly and dose out liquids into bottles and vial much quicker. This along with not having capsules anymore has freed up a lot of time for us so were are now going to be able to stock a lot more compounds very soon. We will be adding more orals, injectable orals, mast e and a few items that are not commonly found. I hope you are all looking forward to what we have in store for the future.
