Whats up guys,
1st some stats:
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 191 lbs.
BF%: 11%
Experience: 3 years weightlifting all natty.
5 days a week chest/back/shoulders/arms/legs and mon/wed/fri are ab days tue/thur are cardio days. Typically spend an hour in the gym each session. Should i increase?
I'm open to ALL advice from you battle-hardened out there and would appreciate it very much.
My cycle will go as follows (forgive my format, I'm very new to this, just your friendly neighborhood fly-on-the-wall)
Week 1-12
test e250 x2/week mon/thur
GW-501516 20mg ED
Arimidex .5mg EoD maybe E3D depending on my reaction
(sweet and simple)
PCT week 14-20
Nolva 40/40/20/20
Clomid 50/50/25/25
GW-501516 20/20/20/20/10/10
MK-2866 25/25/25/25/12.5/12.5
Natural Test Booster of choice (I prefer Mega-Test)
arimidex as needed
