Hi there! I have a lot of bloodworks (since 22yo, now Im almost 30) but to sum up...
The last blood works are this:

ACTH: 15.81 (7-63)
FSH: 3.65 (1.5-12.5)
LH: 4.88 (1.7-8.6)
TSH: 3.43 ( 0.27-4.2)
T4 free: 1.18 (0.93-1.7)
Testosterone: 5.93 (2.49-8.36)
Free Testosterone: 12.46 (8.9-42.5)
Insuline: 2.82 (2.6-24.9)
Insuline resistance (HOMA): 0.51 (<3)

Somatomedine C (IGF1): 162.74 (87-415)

Ac. Anti Receptor TSH (TSI) 1.48 (<1.5)
Ac Anti Tiroglobuline <10 (<115)
Ac Anti Peroxidase <9 ( <34)

Another bloodwork (OCTOBER 2019) also NO TRT

Cortisol: 5.9 (4,82-19.5)
ACTH: 5.33 (7-63)
FSH: 3.15 (1.5-12.5)
LH: 3.27 (1.7-8.6)
TSH: 3.74 ( 0.27-4.2)
T4 free: 1.26 (0.93-1.7)
Testosterone: 5.61 (2.49-8.36)
Free Testosterone: 10.24 (8.9-42.5)
Insuline: 3.75 (2.6-24.9)
Insuline resistance (HOMA): 0.71 (<3)

SHBG: 32.37 (16-80.5)
Somatomedine C (IGF1) 151.14 (87-415)
Vit D 19.2 (Deficit <20)(Recomended >30)

Ac. Anti Receptor TSH (TSI) <0.8 (<1.5)
Ac Anti Tiroglobuline <10 (<115)
Ac Anti Peroxidase <9 ( <34)

I always have low Vit D, despite I try to supplement it every day.
TSH: always high (>3)
Cortisol: sometimes normal-high and sometimes normal-low...
Estradiol: always in the middle range.

Apparently, I have normal TT, but where is my FT?? I never understood that. The problem is the Vit D? The TSH? Cortisol?
Where is the root of my problem? Or which is the best treatment? Some doctors thought TRT, and that worked great for me (no tiredness, no deppresion, a little muscle gains...) but I wondered if it is the best option.

It's not low. It's in the normal range. Are you just looking for an excuse to cycle?
10-12 in a range of 9-42 you think its not low? I have that levels since my early 20's and have a lot of blood works where the FT is out of range, but here I only posted the last two.

Low is below the range. High is above the range. In range means it's between the high and low point.

It's not a matter of "for me". That's how labs are read. You can be in range or out of range. Out of range is either low or hi.
