Anyone order from Medlab recently?

Placed an order with them 2 weeks ago for over $600 worth of supplies and still haven't received any shipment confirmation. No response over email and straight to voicemail when calling them.

I have ordered from them several times before and never any issues. Seems like they turned into a scam company now just taking peoples money and not shipping anything out looking at their facebook reviews... Medlab Supply

I ordered from them in March, just before lockdown. I was lucky to have no issues.

I also know someone who ordered from them in May, when surgical masks were hard to find, and he also had no problem with the order.

Hope it works out for you. I dont really know anything about the company. But those FB reviews in ur link do seem pretty lousy.

Yeah I mean most of the reviews seems to be from people trying to buy covid related stuff like masks and sanitizers and I could understand them having a hard time keeping up with the demand and that causing delays if they are being bombarded with orders for that kind of stuff but my order was just some vials, caps and carrier oil. The fact that they arent replying to my 6 emails sent so far is also really sketchy.
For now I would definitely not recommend anyone placing any orders with them... Sadly it's the only site I can find that ships this kind of stuff to europe

Yes I actually just received my order from them last week it took 2 weeks shipping I had the same issue as you. Call them during work hours on a week day I always got through. There was an issue with my order as well for 1 week it was "processing" I was informed they have an archaic computer system that sometimes marks some orders as "taxes not payed" making it stay that way and they generally don't check (bad business practices I guess) call them and ask about it they literally figured it out in sub 10 minutes over the phone with me and promptly shipped it the next day to me in Canada (1 week actual shipping 2 weeks with fuck ups) super kind people in my mind.

They also never responded to any of my emails but my calls worked flawlessly so don't email them!

Just received my word FROM MedLabSUPPLY Themselves after my order taking OVER A month and on top of that they quite responding to my emails and wouldnt answer calls then suddenly they contacted me yesterday an they are sending me my order supposedly plus claiming theyll had no idea about my issues or order......man...just be honest and upfront at minimum atleast.....we shall see I may consider again but a new recommendation for back source would be greatly appreciated

I also just placed another order for some GSO and extra vials as I just found out I am allergic to the MCT I just ordered so if anyone want to fly to Canada and pick up some free MCT hit me up

MedLab may just be backed up and overwhelmingly busy. Give it time. They have always been reliable without issues.

Yeah they got back to me now saying the oil I ordered is out of stock and they would ship out the vials and refund me for the oil.
Vials arrived but they sent out the package without taxes being pre paid even tho I paid $200 extra for that. And the refund I got was way less than what I paid for the oil only got 16 bucks back they decided to keep the import tax I paid for that too which was like half of the $200

Complete garbage and fraud company.

I had the same experience and they refunded the whole taxes nice lie junior
