Anyone have experience with MultiPharma?

That's a tough road brother.

I worked with a program to help provide meaningful employment to inner city ylhomeless youth. (My company hires them and I mentor them)

The kids were predominantly black and Native.

Most were ex convicts as well.

The success rate with these kids is not high.

You would think you're finally breaking through to one and they're doing well.
Only for them to fall off the wagon, get back on the rock and start robbing shit again.
Back to prison.

It's not s fun experience to try and turn these kids around
Yeah you get alot of "frequent flyers" because they've been raised by the streets and jail, and i saw firsthand growing up in the projects...cops will arrest/detain Black kids for any little thing...you talk back to a cop, odds are you wind up in cuffs then here come the bullshit charges like resisting arrest...i just keep trying to reach them..I have alot of friends that also mentor too

Good then you can stop acting like blacks are the only victims of slavery and police brutality

That's such a loaded topic and statement.

Is the police brutality and incarceration of blacks as a result of Blacks being the group to commit the majority of crimes in the U.S?

Or is it the other way around?
Because they are so persecuted and marginalized, that they have no choice?

The chicken or the egg?

I would challenge you to grow up in a predominantly black ghetto.
You have ZERO hope of higher education.
Zero chance of a well paying job within the community.
So why the fuck should you bother?
Why not jack some shit and get at least 3 square in a 10x10 cell?

It goes both ways.

You CAN blame the blacks for crime, statistics quite simply state that black people are responsible for the majority of violent crimes.

You CAN also blame the education system.
Black schools and communities get zero funding.

I would ask you to look into a black community in Florida.
It has been "Sponsored" by a billionaire.
This "Ghetto" is now a positive, amazing and flourishing community.

The difference between thos former ghetto and others?

This man (Harry Rosen)
Has decided to fund post secondary education FOR FREE for any member of the community who wants it.

It was not outrageously expensive for him.

This community is very quickly turning into a paradise.
Regardless of race.

Crime has dropped massively, they are flourishing.

Education is the key factor towards success of ANYONE.

So, what came first?

The chicken or the egg?

Are blacks just inherently violent?
Or are they a product of a system that never actual cared about them?

You tell me

One Man’s Millions Turn a Community in Florida Around

An interesting article on it.

Education and educational funding IMHO I'd our key to the future.

Climate change?
Female education. (Once women are educated, they stop having as many children)
Those children become educated and start caring about the environment

Wars?
Education
Those with excellent careers and post secondary education have q higher aversion to war.

Dont get me wrong,
I'm not a bitch Liberal
I'm a conservative.

but the proof is in the pudding.

OOOOOH, you're one of those guys that thinks because you have a job and a few dollars in your pocket and never been Harassed by cops for bullshit, that racism is over, and police brutality doesn't exist in minority communities......get real

And aside from Native Americans what other ethnic group in these United States suffered through Slavery?

i never play victim, but i am always aware... aware brother....and slavery elsewhere has no bearing on slavery and its after effects HERE... you REALLY need to watch "13th: because you need to expand your thinking...

So the slavery here was worse then anywhere else no slavery anywhere was horrific as far as expanding my thinking why because it doesn't fit your narrative i been in prison i been harassed by police i didnt finish highschool instead of blaming others for my mistakes i went to the union hall got a job and stay out of trouble also left the democratic party who are the most racist people ever maybe you might need to expand your own thinking first

I think they did on a couple of occasions...and there are Blacks living in some of the most racist parts of this country..some just don't have the opportunity or funds to move....i'm not really arguing it...but it is curious to me

One quick Google search turned up the fact that about 1 out of every 7 episodes had a feature black actor.

1)Ji-Tu Cumbuka,
2) Kevin Peter Hall,
3)Al White (2 episodes)
4) Hal Williams
5)Herb Jefferson Jr. (2 episodes)
6)Steven Williams (2 episodes)
7)Wally Taylor
8)John Dewey Carter
9)Ella Mae Brown
10)Ernie Hudson
11) James Reynolds
12)Woody Strode
13)Harrison Page
14)Teddy Wilson
15)Jesse D. Goins
16)William Allen Young
17)James Avery
18)Tony Brubaker
19) Ken Foreeall
And that's not to mention regular Chickasaw County Sheriff Little, portrayed by Don Pedro Colle

So i didnt grow up in a predominantly black ghetto thats news to me

I dont know you
The vast majority of people didnt.
It's statistically accurate for me to guess you didnt.
But since you did, you definitely get what I'm saying.
And you pulled your OWN ass out of the fire and made something of YOURSELF.

But not everyones going to do that, for sure.
All I'm saying is, education is the key to giving people to tools they need to man up.

True and true.

The thing is, they have to want to be educated.

Almost no kid WANTS to be educated
Regardless of race.

Even less so if they know it wont go anywhere.

As kids my bro and I KNEW we could never afford post secondary.
Why should be bother?
Had to look after our family.

Sonthere was no point.

I'm thinking if I had a shot at it, I'd probably be a doctor or some shit.

Not that I have a single regret, weve done well for ourselves, for sure.

Just saying, opportunities shrink, the lower your family income is.

Doesnt mean we need to spoon feed motherfuckers lol

Nobody helped us

you think not tlki
Once again, you push YOUR personal view on everyone including people from your own ethnicity.

You should watch the whole thing but the realness starts at 43 seconds

You think not talkng about racism will stop it? that is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE and that's not opinion, that is fact...

Then you should no better than to think black folks should silent in the face of brutality and a system that doesn't sentence people of color fairly, and that slavery and systemic racism in THIS country has done lasting harm to the Black community.....Republicans haven't done one thing to stop that, Republicans fought Obama tooth and nail over criminal justice reform...but now that they want black votes, they suddenly pass it under trump ...so if you are a man of color...then you just ran from one plantation to another...congratulations

Whites are also the majority ethnicity in this country numbers wise 63
% Blacks are around 13% if i'm not mistaken...yet Blacks are not that far behind in being killed by police...and get longer jail sentences for the same crime on avg...you should know this
