Blacks also live below the poverty level twice that of whites, despite more black folks than ever earning college degrees....Blacks also on avg serve longer prison sentences than whites for the same crimes...

There is an inequity here and it's not from blacks being lazy or asking for handouts...we just want whats fair

You do realize that many, many corporations have blacks as CEOs, Presidents, board members? In short bosses. Those bosses decide who to hire and many of them will gloss right over a candidate based on their "black name" and yet I thought blacks couldn't be racist against blacks.

You do realize that blacks are disproportionate in education levels .... correct? Common sense should tell you that someone with a degree will make more money than simeone without. Now, let's move on to the falsehood of blacks get more time for the same crime. You do realize that sentencings are done on schedules right? In other words when facing sentencing, the court has a min / max ability in handing down a sentence. If you get the lower end of the punishment, it is because you probably don't have an extensive record. However, if you have a lengthy record, the court will usually impose the upper limit of the allowable scheduling. It's simple really. Got a clean record and get busted ... do less time. Got a lengthy record and get busted AGAIN ... do more time than another person who has a clean record.

Truth fucking hurts but it's supposed to as it is supposed to also drive us to do better.

In short, if something is going wrong in your life, the reason is usually found in the closest mirror available to you not another person.
