Look no further than Illinois, Maryland or Michigan. Chicago, Baltimore and Detroit are the biggest shitholes.

Coming from Baltimore ... couldn't agree more. It was on the downslide as early as the late 70's and didn't take long til it was a complete shithole.

It got so bad in some areas that emergency services refused to go into certain areas like Pratt street near the harbor.

It's a shame, I remember when Baltimore was a decent place even though the crime rate was a little higher than most places.
