Has anyone pulled bloods after a liquid dnp cycle? My AST was through the roof.

Dnp doesn't elevate AST, unless Shreddeds dnp has other crap in it.

Why not do a PSMF next time ? You'll lose much, much more fat. Your not going to build muscle on dnp anyway.

He closed his forum, but you can find a lot of articles on Lyle McDonalds bodyrecomposition. Com site. He has a great take on a PSMF that is brutal, but works.

His forum is completely gone, his articles are found on his site. If you're on Facebook, he has a closed group there which kinda took the place of his forum. You can easily find it and join.

Yeah try 4 ounces chicken breast three times per day, lots of water, some green leafy veggies, and absolutely nothing else, for no more than 14 days.

shiiit, i love extremes like this can i sub chicken for turkey or canned tuna or something like syntax nectar am i after the protein right? sometimes i dont feel like eating anything (on DNP) so what i usually do is shakes and salads, my fav was "Garden of Life Meal replacement" for any normal food replacement on amazon. this i will do this dnp run, still waiting for the order to come

what height and weight are u to eat only 4oz 3x a day im 5.8ft 200lb gonna shed to 170-180 and bulk to 225-230 i was over 5y ago

He is, but only offers liquid dnp plus one guy claims he never received his 2 month old dnp intl order. If I was you, I'd look for intl dnp caps elsewhere. I wouldn't run liquid dnp if someone gave it to me for free but your mileage may vary and not mind liquid.

Any lean meat is fine

The goal is to eat only the bare minimum necessary to not lose muscle

It would be better to run some low dose AAS than DNP... The diet is good enough to burn a pound of fat per day on its own...

I hate to say it, but I've found no discernable difference between dieting strictly and eating around maintenance when on DNP. Fat flies off either way and the scale moves about the same. Seems like dosage is the mitigating factor more than diet. In my experience, anyway.

i thought dnp was with water for t he 15$ bottle? whats in it looks like vegetable glycerin, has a sweet taste to it.

We use corn syrup to thicken the suspension and are also trying out flavored syrups to try and mask the bitterness of dnp.

Anyone here used the liquid dnp (30ml) ? Using it since 5 days on 400mg and i feel absolutely nothing. Shreddeds pills last year kicked my ass on that dosage so just wondering how you guys are doing?
