What is it, something like almost 90% of all cases end with a plea because the average person is incapable of affording the opportunity to go to trial and our legal system is set up to ensure you never take a chance with the risk of stiff penalties if you dare to exercise your imaginary constitution right to a jury of your supposed peers.

This is why cops patrol the poor side of town, the lowest hanging fruit to bump up their productivity numbers. You aren't gonna see cops harassing those in nice neighborhoods, traveling in expensive vehicles...ect as they know these people are connected to power.

You'll never create a fair system, anarchist that come from the left claim they could work out a system where this is possible, but if you look at it, it requires people that are on the same page working together, something the United States as of yet is incapable of as this country was founded by individualist with little trust towards their fellow man.

Privatizing everything at least goes the direction of not being forced to pay and prop up a system that you don't truly support. It's a matter of telling those that think they know best to fuck off. I cringe to think anyone would read and accept Sworder's description of anarchy. Today there are two primary divisions, anarcho-capitalism and anarcho-socialism; ancap and ansoc are common abbreviations on the web.

Ansocs are against property rights. Everything is the property of society, nothing is the property of the individual, not even his labor or his body. They believe that somehow the mob, err people, will be able to enforce this system for the greater good and liberation of society. Antifa and BLM are ansocs. We see their good efforts to bring this system about in all those videos of rioting, burning and looting. I feel liberated already.

Ancaps believe in strong property rights. And they are against the monopolies on force claimed by government law makers and law enforcers, and believe these services could be better provided by private competing organizations.

Other than the fact ancaps despise ansocs (and the reverse), ancaps have little to do with the political right, since the political right has no more interest in protecting property rights than the political left.

The problem with the political right is that they claim conservatism, but they are the furthest from it.

No one that spends 50% of their tax dollars locally for all aspects of LE (legislators, courts, judges, prosecutors, cops, jails/prisons and their staff) could be conservative.

Simplifying the entire legal system to recognize self ownership, that the state has no right to my body. "Keep your hands off me and my property". That settles most disputes, no one has the right to touch you or your property without your consent and that goes for LE as well, they should have no right to stop and fuck with me unless I've murdered, raped, assaulted or robbed.

Simple solution is to keep them at their stations at all times unless they are called for help just like you would fire or emt.

As for my views, they are considered radical by most people, my father is probably the only person that agrees with 95% of what I talk about, he's an avid bowhunter, taxidermist, atheist, lives in a log cabin with my mom on a large lake and is half Native American on his mother's side. Worked as a Medical Laboratory Technologist(ASCP) for the 3rd largest healthcare system in the country for 23 years, then spent the last 5 years setting up new labs(mostly stat labs) for the largest healthcare system in the country performing validations, correlations for chemistry, hematology, coag, bloodbanking, point of care testing.
