Test.C + Test.P - 8/10 weeks - Cycle

Hi,

I'm 32 y.o, I lift since my 16 y.o. and I would like try a new cycle after 10 years "OFF".
To the past, i try 8 weeks of dianabol (Naposim) 20/30mg ED, but no PCT...
And I try 10 weeks of 250mg Sustanon + 200mg Deca Durabolin, but no PCT ..
Why no PCT ? Because nobody ever told me about it

Now, after 10 years OFF, I'm doing the idiot and I weigh 105 kg with 25/30% of Fat.
But I would like try a new cycle, of 8/10 weeks.
Week 1 to week 8 : 500 mg/week of Testosterone Cypionate on 2 injections. Sunday & Wednesday.
Week 9 and week 10 : 100mg of Testosterone Propionate on E0D.
From the week 3, to the week 11 : 250 IU HCG Monday & 250 IU HCG Thursday.

Week 11 to week 13 : START PCT on 22 days
Day1 PCT : 150mg CLOMID + 60mg NOLVALDEX
Day 2 to Day 21 : 50mg CLOMID E0D + 20mg NOLVALDEX E0D

My first objectif of the first 4 weeks, I would like lose FAT. And After, gain more muscle for up my metabolism.

On Diet, the first 4 weeks to lose fat: 2900 kcal P 30% / L 20% / G 50%
After for gain muscle 4000 kcal P 30% / L 20% / G 50%

I'm sorry if my english is bad (i'm french).
 
It's not a bad plan. Glad you are looking at a pct. Worth it. You have a fair amount of excess fat but I think most of us get that way once or twice in life. I like your prop plan at the end, makes sense to cut down on the in-between time. I personally love using both prop and cyp on cycle fwiw, maybe something to try next time. Have you ever done bloodwork?

For Bloodword, I planificate :
- 3 weeks before the start of cycle.
- On the week number 5
- On the week number 10, just before PCT starting.
- 2 weeks after the PCT ending.

I typically do not recommend trying to Cut/Bulk in one cycle.
You're overwieght/Obese.
Just cut.

Forget bulking at 30% BF

Up your protein intake as well.
Since you'll be in a deficit, 200g isnt enough
Aim for 250g.

I know a common response will be "Yoire fat, dont tske AAS until you sort yourself out"

But AAS can be great for cutting... and IMHO obesity is worse than Gear.

Lose the fat first. You will get WAY more out of the cycle after doing that.

Diet and cardio now. Then you’ll be in optimal condition to start your cycle.

If you run a cycle now your blood pressure will likely be way high.

I also think it is more serious to be overweight, and the faster I lose, the better. I prefer to use AAS, to the solution of having to take 40 kg more, to have a gastric band put on me. :rolleyes:

Thank you, but I still plan to cycle, however following your remark, I will monitor my blood pressure every week

not a bad plan but i would go for 10-12
It's possible because I have 20 ml of 250mg/ml of Test.C
And with 8 weeks, I will use 16 ml.

How familiar are you with Para Pharma products?

I got some "viagra" from them and it was complete garbage. Sugar pill. Doesnt exactly give much confidence in the rest of their products. Just a heads up.

No, I don't know, but I also have the choice with "MR Pharmaceutical" or "Valkyrie Pharmaceutical".
 
If you havent ordered yet, you may have a lot more choices than that. Check the underground section. Or dig around the net and see if you can find some testing on the brands you are considering.

Those are ads on the right side of the screen. You don’t have to use them and no one has ever recommended them.

Like @Spokeonawheel said, there’s more sources that have been vetted and that have lab tests posted in the Underground.
 
Have you had blood work done? You should know your current Test (and other hormones) levels. I would bet you are low and will need a TRT level at min. Once you get your diet right you can play around with various Test Cycles to see how you will respond. If you think one "blast cycle" with a 4-week diet is going to overcome your history/BF you are mistaken. We will see you in 5 yrs asking people what they think about your desired cycle to get your 35% BF down to 10% in 6 weeks. Steroids do not overcome your lack of discipline. Try Keto, Paleo, Low-Carb, High-Carb, and/or Fasting Protocols to understand how your body responds to different macros. Master this and you will have the body you want. When I think about it, maybe the solution will be to make "homebrew".

@ManwichSJ my next blood test is scheduled for the end of August.
Last blood test (2 years ago), my level is normal.
I never cycle for the purpose of losing weight, or cutting.
After new research and follow-up to the various responses I have had, it seems more obvious to me to integrate a cycle in the middle of a period of fat loss.
But the most important is that it's either CUT or BULK, but not both (at my level).
However, I don't pretend to say that I will go from 35% to 10% BF in a few weeks. But I remain convinced that it will increase my metabolism considerably, since it will be absolutely unnatural. If I stay on a strict diet and training and intelligently controlled, continuing on logical and calculated macros. I should reach a first level more easily.
