Little help with my cycle

Hello , i wanna start my second light cycle this month or so and i wanna get some help from u guys if any1 wanna help,im new at this forum but i see that here many users are vets
So my first cycle was

Week 1-15 Test-E 500mg split in 2
Week 10-15 Tbol 60mg ED

Pct
Week 17 19 Clomid 40mg ED
Week 19-21 Clomid 20mg ED
No sides at all,just some oil skin from test

Now , i wanna start this cycle

Week 1-16 750 mg test e, pinned 3 days/w
Week 13-16 60mg winny
Week 14-16 50mg proviron
Just as first cycle,just light basic things
Got liv 52 for liver issues in case of

For PCT clomid and tamoxifen
Got any suggestions for PCT?

which is it? Your first or 2nd cycle? What are you stats? Weight/bf/height?

Edit: I couldn’t read. Looks like your first cycle was 500mg and now you’re considering 750mg for your 2nd?

seems like a pretty high dose for a second cycle at 750mg. What did your bloodwork look like at 500?

also think you’re starting your PCT a bit early. Look into the PCT sub forum and you’ll get some good info.

yes first one was 500 and now i wanna try 750 of test e,didnt have any sides from test, yes it higher but i wanna do this because the other compounds arent that powerfull imo , yes this sounds stupid and probably it is but hey

bf probably 20% ( dont have any fancy machines were i live atm )
height 1.77

i know my bf is high, thats why i only choose compounds that dont retain water, some say dont do it at this bf, some say do it but do cardio and be extra carefull with your diet

about pct , i will look further in the forum

The cycle is long, but I've ran some long Test cycles and I can dig it.

Running HCG throughout your cycle can help with PCT. At about 500 iu a week. I'd wait 4 weeks after last test pin to start the nolva and clomid.

You may consider this:

Week 1 to 5: 500 mg test weekly
Week 7 to 16: up test to 750 weekly
Week 12 to 16: add in your oral.

This way you are introducing more stimulus as you go (hopefully) leading to consistent growth.

I love test. It's relatively easy on you as well, but I wouldnt make my mind up about compounds you havent tried. Stay open minded about training and supplementation. I have found making my mind up about things usually ends up costing me somehow.

Was your first cycle successful? Be honest with yourself. If it was a major transformation then it was good. If it was “meh, alright” then repeat it but improve your diet and training.

I only say that because there are a lot of new guys that didn’t quite get what they wanted out of their first cycle mostly because they didn’t eat near enough. It’s the hardest thing to get past. We are all trying to be fit and healthy so we have an ingrained fear of getting fat. When you’re on cycle the rules completely change. EAT.

If you were satisfied with your first cycle and it was transformative, REPEAT IT! Don’t try to fix what isn’t broken. 500 mg of test is a solid cycle over and over and over. You feel good. You train hard. You eat well. That’ll beat running stronger/more compounds that make you feel like shit or sleep like shit.

You need to be honest with yourself though. Drugs only do so much and aren’t the total difference maker. They are only part of the whole picture.

Why are you only running Proviron for 2 weeks? In my humble experience with this compound, (and its a great one), to see the benefits of it you want to run it for at least 6 weeks. Hell, some guys run it constantly through a blast and cruise. Just my 2 cents.

Well more likely strenght or a combination between the two, im a endomorf after all, gains and raw strenght are my forte points, aestetics not so much. Its is a little longer, but the first one was 4 months also,and felt good,i will consider ur posted cycle for me,thank you

The first cycle wasn't "best" nor " meh" it was ok but thats because of me,i've could do better, i negleted a little bit because of work,full time job..

110 kg , no lol , my first cycle was like 6 or 7 months ago :)

I got pre-blood tests after my first cycle, i can post them here if u wanna , right now after the first cycle didn't do any

If you are worried more about strength and size why not run test and Deca? 500 test and 300 Deca would be a nice run.

Run your testosterone at 500 mg/week again then.

And proviron is a little different, it’s not methylated so it’s not hepatoxic. You can run it the whole cycle. You wouldn’t get anything from it with only 2 weeks.

As a baseline,no sides at all from test and tbol,just some skin oil
 
You need to be honest with yourself and your results from your first cycle of course everyone will give you a hard time for being higher body fat. I am as well, Im.into strength sports.working on my body. But it may be harder to see the result at a high BF%.

Lock in your training..concentrate on building those muscles. Your in a lighter advantage to some. IMO when your a higher body fat percentage. You can eat maintenance calories while.on gear and put on muscle and burn fat. Without tweaking too much. But you need to he going hard at the gym or it's a waste.

IMO you dont need winny. It will not serve you any purpose.

I would run it again

12-16 weeks 500mg a.week
Add in 25-50mg proviron every day for duration.
Concentrate on training, eating, sleeping.
Adex as needed. Proviron will free up some of that test. Making your testosterone work better.
And throw in some cialis. Help keep that BP.in check while offering good pumps in the gym and the added effects of pleasing your ol lady
