here ya go homie.
from pubchem
"Benzyl benzoate is a benzoate ester obtained by the formal condensation of benzoic acid with benzyl alcohol. It has been isolated from the plant species of the genus Polyalthia. It has a role as a scabicide, an acaricide and a plant metabolite. It is a benzyl ester and a benzoate ester. It derives from a benzoic acid"Code:https://pubchem.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/compound/Benzyl-benzoate
according to most research papers ive glanced at, PVDF is agreeable with benzoic acid, therefore, i guess, GUESS, its conterpart (benzyl benzoate) is g2g. hope i helped.
P.S. i filtered my gear using PVDF syringe filters, so i too have invested interest in this topic.
I recommend PVDF-filters and BB/BA won't dissolve it in any way.
Seen many compatibility charts and it's good to go.
Don't get PES or nylon. Stay away from EO.
Get sterile PVDF bottle top filters. Only problem with those are that the plastic bottles that usually come with them can't handle the pressure and usually crack.
Yeah I've used PVDF-membranes many times with no issues. Do not use PES.I saw charts that show like low compatibility with BB for PVDF... are u sure?
