You have everything going against you bro. She threatened to have her family come after me as well. She also told the cops that i kept loaded guns in the house,and i wouldn't be taken alive. Half hour later i have a swat team surrounding my house.

If you don't leave in court the prosecution well use every thing they can possibly dig up against you. From your size to peds to any weapons you own.

I ended up selling all my guns and even had to part with my knife collection.

The worst thing out of all of this is that i have to live with the fact that the crazy bitch completely fucked me. She did everything she said she would do and more.

Lessons I learned through watching by brother have 2 felony cdv charges (he didn’t do shit) put against him by crazy bitches:

1. Crazy bitch will do or say ANYTHING to keep you around/get you in trouble.
2. Leave crazy bitch ASAP WITHOUT her knowing. Middle of night, when she’s at work, whenever. Just get the fuck out! Don’t leave anything behind. Make sure you don’t take anything she can possibly claim as hers even if it’s not hers.
3. Change your phone number/cloud password
4. Don’t communicate with anyone you both know for at least a couple months.
5. Restraining order after you have moved.
6. Advise HR at your employment of crazy bitch. Just a heads up in case she does something stupid
7. Put any PEDs in a safe in new home/apt.

Stay safe and be smart. Crazy bitches are evil as fuck and cannot be trusted!

The way you describe this person, Im concerned for your safety. Living arrangement should have any bearing on your ability to obtain a restraining order. Also, with the threats of suicide, you can, and should, call the police. They may emergency petition for a 72 hour hold, giving you some time to perform your disappearing act.

Easy dude. This shit is far from over. Talk to a lawyer. Talk to a cop. Make a report. That way if she or her friends do come after you you are in the right if the time arrives for you to defend yourself and your property. Tried by 12 is better than carried by 6.
I mean she has threatened to kill you and herself. That’s plenty evidence. Being the first to report this type thing is key. Don’t hesitate.

Run don't walk. I married a crazy bitch myself and stayed too long. I didn't act when she made multiple threats towards me and threats of suicide. She also told LE about my use of peds. The same day the cunt had me arrested for abuse she attacked me with a butchers knife and said she was going to hurt herself and tell the cops i did it. All this shit happened multiple times and somehow i didn't take her seriously.

Long story short, i woke up in the county jail the next day charged with 4 felonies and a $250,000 dollar bond, and the cops in possession of all my gear and pins. It didn't help i had a record for possession even though i beat the charge. To make matters much worse after i bonded out she contacted me by phone and text and i found myself in jail again for violating a restaining order and a 5th felony charge. I later found out that she had the cops come over to my home and shared our text messages. It didn't matter that she contacted me first.

All this and she didn't have a mark on her. Get the fuck out and find another girl. It all cost about 16k. I ended up with 3 years probation and 1 felony conviction.

In hindsight this would have been very good advice. To be honest i never thought that the cops would take it seriously if i said i was assaulted by her, even with a weapon. Im 6'2 275lb shes 5'2" 125lbs. I should have involved the cops the first time but i have been dodging LE my entire adult life and couldn't see inviting them into my home.
