Finally it's time for me to take action. Last night i had my first pin. It went good... I decided to make logging in this thread, so you guys can help/suggest/justify me along the way if there's problem.

The plan is simple; i took some advice on my first post
Now my plan looks like this...
Week 1 - testosterone E 420 MG (split 2 shots Mon&Thu for all week)
Week 2 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 3 - Testosterone E 420 MG

Week 5 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 6 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 7 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 8 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 9 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 10 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 11 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 12 - Testosterone E 420 MG
Week 13 - (nothing)
Week 14 - (nothing)
Week 15 - (nothing)
Week 16 - Clomid 50 MG + Nolvadex 20 MG

It can be changed anytime though, I'm a flexible guy and I'm happy to listen to an advice

Basically will literally do full 12 weeks mild dose of Test E. The plan is for bulking.

My BEFORE photos, I just took yesterday;
[EDIT: PHOTOS REMOVED]
What you see is a 31 years-old healthy male and 100% natty, never used any type of steroid. The photo is pure, there's no editor and I swear I look better real life than in photos...

My blood work;
blood crop.jpg blood other.jpg

Honestly I don't know what the end result would be. After finishing cycle i will post my photos so we will truly see a honest transform (if any) using steroid first hand experience. I myself don't expect much, but still I expect a change to noticeable degree. I will train twice as hard, and eat in surplus.

My first pin yesterday, i was fucking nervous, my hand was shaking. It maybe nothing for most of you guys, but for me I was so tense, It took quite a while to finally penetrate my own flesh, never in my life have done something like this and i was all alone. To be honest, it didn't hurt at all, skin was so elastic I was just fucking too nervous. don't know when will i get used to this.

I bought a lot of oatmeal (for filling carb), whey (for filling protein) and extra virgin olive oil (for filling fat macro). I aim to increase 500 calories intake, right now I'm eating at maintenance as the Test haven't kicked in yet (I don't feel anything yet....)

Good luck.

The injections get easier... Eventually just seen as a hassle. Eat and lift like your life depends on it... What you put in with lifting and calories is what you'll get out of the cycle in 12 weeks.

Also good luck
What does your current training regiment look like?

You asked for constructive advice ... so here we go...
Either your training or food isnt on point.

Lets make the best of this cycle and squash what bad habits you have.

Macros
Training
Stats

Best of luck brother.

EDIT
Noticed your in SE asia
Love it there, I spend a decent bit of time down there

Also good luck

I'm training full body workout, emphasize on upper body. Here is my workout;

Barbell Bench Press (3 sets of 6-8 reps)
Barbell Row (2 sets of 6-8 reps)
Pull up (1 set of 8 reps)
Squat (1 set of 8 reps)
Dumbbell shoulder Press (2 sets of 6-8 reps)
Weight Crunch (1 set of 8 reps)

Total 10 sets per work out. 3 minutes rest between set. Take around 45-60 minutes including warm up. I don't go to gym. I have home equipment.

Training Mon-Wed-Fri. I have been doing this for a year now.

Bro, I'm sorry, I don't want to be that guy but... WTF ??!

You start your first cycle after only a year of training ?
And you only doing that ??

Actually i have been lifting for 4 years, but last year is most consistent where i track calories everyday too. I admit I haven't reach natural limit, but i believe i have trained enough strength and CNS to begin a cycle... Yes I'm doing only core compound exercises...

32 reps of squats (3 sets) per week?
Not even close to enough

You need variations, what's building your lateral delt head?
I could go on...

Go buy a program from a reputable source like John Meadows, Creeping death.

You need to up your training game brother.

But I not here to troll your log amigo.

Just a suggestion, good luck and best wishes for your cycle.

As @Eman says eat and lift like your life depends on it. Not to be rude but that workout isnt going to do it for you.

Are you following a cookie cutter program or one of your own design? @Silentlemon1011 pointed out Creeping Death, I ran that last year on blast and absolutely loved it and the results.

No one is here to troll or put you down. We are here and commenting to help you make this cycle a success.

I will just train as hard as i can while on this cycle.
I plan to double my workout to 6 days a week and add more variety of isolate exercises too. I'm pretty limited by barbell and dumbbell (Home gym) I'm gonna buy more plate this week to add more weight to lift.

Yeah will need to look at other programs too. Thanks guys.

A couple programs I liked back when I started you could look at

PHAT
Renaissance Periodization
And of course I am a big fan of most Meadows programs

UPDATE!

Week 1 starting weight = 63 K.g. (@2300 calories maintenance)

Logging 7 Sep 2020 = 2194 calories eaten
- Workout 10 sets = Benchpress*3 Pull-up*1 BarbellRow*2 Dumbbell Shoulder press*1 Squat*2 Weight Crunch*1
- First pin achieved

Logging 8 Sep 2020 = 2356 calories eaten
- No training

Logging 9 Sep 2020 = 2366 calories eaten
- Workout 10 sets = Benchpress*3 Wide-Grip Benchpress*2 DumbbellShoulderPress*2 Triceps extension*2 Weight Crunch*1

Logging 10 Sep 2020 = 2555 calories eaten
- Workout 10 sets = BarbellRow*3 Pull-up*2 Squat*2 BicepsCurl*2 Deadlift*1
- Another pin achieved

Note: I'd like to thank everyone who recommended good programs and pointing put my training was not enough. Yeah i just realized it too it's my weakness, I've been on something like beginner routine for so longggg. Time to change it up due to taking steroid. Ready or not here i am, already pinned myself lol. no much time to study so i decided to split workout into 2 workouts to increase intensity. One is Chest, Shoulder, Triceps, ABS. The other is Back, Leg, Biceps. Do every-other-day format for each workout up to training 6 days per week.

My second pin last night went smooth, better than first pin, took less time to inject. I have a feeling that in future I will be so good at this practice....

My feeling I don't notice much improve in strength.. I guess the Test hasn't fully kicked in yet.. but i notice a boost in energy very similar to Caffeine's effect. Also I feel little more energized, more focus, and i think my body is better at burning food so I'm thinking of eating more calories.

sorry for English.

Wow. So basically all the advice everyone has taken the time to give you has been ignored. Rather than get on a recommended program and eat more you have proceeded to make your own hybrid cluster fuck of a split that probably has no balance or progression judging by your last "program", and you are continuing to eat the calories of a skinny girl. Sorry to come off harsh, everyone else has been nice about it, but you will not get anywhere doing this. You have been working out for 5 years yet you look like you have never lifted in your life.

Take everyone's advice. Steroids will not solve your lack of nutrition and training problems

a friendly recommendation? get MyFitnessPal on your phone. Super easy to use and has every food from every brand on catalog so youll know exactly what macros and cals your getting

And like everyone else is saying, workout harder. no gyms where youre at? i know their expensive but for me, i think home workouts are the worst. home is for relaxing. gyms have that "get-to-work" atmosphere.

Edit: and starting 3rd week of PCT, you may want to start halving the doses of clomid and nolva.
