What cardio machine for best calorie burning?

Stepmills are great. I HIGHLY recommend the Jacob's Ladder machine with the rungs that you climb if you can fit it in your home gym. My gym has one and it's fucking brutal. They're fantastic conditioning tools because they use the same muscles that mountain climbing uses.

They're pretty pricey, though.

I saw someone using the Jacob Ladder at the gym and they accidentally got both arms and legs stuck inside which chopped them all off. Now they have no arms or legs! So be careful when using it.

My old gym had one and it's great. Also those continuous ropes you pull are good too.
 
Not bad at all compared to the Jacob's Ladder which is almost $4k :eek:

Nice that the tank m1 is small enough to hang on the wall.

Yeah the M4 is $1500 and a heavy beast. But such an awesome machine! I use it to train legs a lot too. Has 3 resistance settings and makes almost no noise.
 
Types of cardio machines is an overexaggerated topic. If that diet is tight enough it doesn't make a huge difference either way. We have all seen competitors who have done no cardio or very little and looked great just from diet and posing.

But personally speaking? Stairmaster
 
Surfing and freediving. Thats my cardio. There was a university of berkeley study looking at the highest calorie burning activities and freediving came out at number 2, if im not mistaken burning an average of 1,000 or so calories per hour. I often freedive for upwards of 5 hours at a time. As you can imagine, i have no body fat.

Using cardio machines is boring, whenever possible im recommending you take up some high intensity hobbies like those mentioned. Its way funner, you end up burning way more fat too. Water-based hobbies seem to be among the best cardio activities you can do.

Or you can jog on a treadmill with all the ladies, if your gonna do that at least make sure you check out some asses, to preserve your integrity as a man.
