KYMuscle2 Un-Sponsored Men’s Physique Competition Prep Log

Best of luck bro, but i think your off your rocker, if this is all you want in life nobody will be able to stop you but as you get older your going to realize your shortsightedness. I hooe for your sake your body can carry on but the list of problems you have at 24 years old is insane bro. Your health should be top priority not your vanity or your ego.

But again, i dont think anyone here is going to be able to change your mind so i just have to wish you the best of luck with your quest.

@KYMuscle checked in last night at 10:17PM, he's at least seen some of our posts advising him and the other thread dedicated to him. I feel some comfortability knowing he's at least seen what we've had to say even though he hasn't responded. If you're reading this @KYMuscle it's all love here man. I just want your kids to have their father, and I know you do to. You know what you're doing is misguided and reckless, you need to face it now. I know reading this thread, and having your dream basically shit on was probably like pulling your skin off. I'm sorry @KYMuscle , you needed it though.

Hey all, still alive (to everyone’s surprise), cleared 100%, so keep trolling

Not my first rodeo, couple divisions that I have my eyes set on, not dead set on anything yet.

I guess most of you have never competed, and don’t understand what a difference 5 months makes, or understand much of anything, other than what you read online.

But hey, this was going to be a detailed, precise log, but feel free to take it down, so tag a mod

(A) NOBODY is "trolling" you
(B) Several posters in this thread have competed.
(C) Log on. I'll read it. I think you are reckless, but I will definitely read your log if you are hell bent on pressing forward anyway.

LOL

With what experience do you expect to swing SIXTY FUCKING POUNDS in 5 months. 197, 21% to 225 4% is legit sixty pounds. Best of luck. Don’t die.

I put on a solid 35 lbs in 2 years.
I thought that was a fucking solid effort, while reducing bodyfat.

60 lbs of muscle in that time frame is either dreaming, or a suicide wish.

Very scary, even if I blasted all the Tren and Deca that my lab could supply, I still know I couldnt achieve that result

He might actually be dead.
I mean I hope not but you know natural selection and all that
Deep down I hope not and that he's actually taking a step back to re-evaluate. Going forward with this endeavor is going to be Russian Roulette with his life and hopefully he will wake up and realize this. Health before gains and glory!

I agree. If he doesn’t quit then hopefully he actually succeeds I’d hate to see someone cut their life short for a sport. Especially someone with a family

I put on almost 50lbs in 1 whole year, given it was my first year on again and basically all newbie gains and I just never got off, was 2 ‘cycles’ and cruising at 200mg mostly. Kymuscle you still alive and healthy bud? Must be getting close to stage weight now hopefully!?

@KYMuscle where u at and hope you are OK. Please post up to let us know how you doing.
After reading this, I was hoping he would pop in and let us know he was alive.

About 9 years ago, my son was just born, and I had a doctor visit. My blood pressure was 168/143. I had been off gear for a year. That moment scared the shit out of me. Doctor told me i was on the verge of a heart attack and if I wasn't so young, he would have sent me to the hospital. From that moment, I went from 273 lbs to 205 lbs and fixed my BP with some help of medication. Took awhile, but I got there.

Take the advice of these guys. There is so much to live for.

Yipes! That is scary high. I am curious, do you know your eGFR? Usually blood pressure like that will reduce kidney function.

Sorry. I don't have that information right now. That was a long time ago. Blood work I was getting always checked kidney levels. Always came back clean. It was a blessing in disguise. I had to learn how to lead a healthy lifestyle. My bp is usually, with the help of losartan, 120/80. Cardio, clean good food were the key to everything. I look and feel better now in my late 30s then I ever did in my 20s.

It also seems to be a hereditary thing. Both my grandfathers died of heart attacks. Both my parents are on bp medicine.
