Time for some size!

So i went from needing a rest day to doing back today, then 5 hours later doing chest and shoulders after an EC stack.

holy cow, that stack makes you go absolutly hard with anadrol along with it. Wont be doing that to often at all. The workouts are extremely intense, and you can keep going non stop. Especially when the only thing i have used for a preworkout is caffiene. Doing an Anadrol and ECA stack was INTENSE. I can see if someone did this to often they would get hurt. I do not want a tolerance or get used to that feeling. So wont be doing that again. Being i have an addictive personally, that could end up bad.

so i did chest and shoulders.

4 shouler
2 trap
 
Ok so actually took 2 days off. I needed to so badly. Will maybe take one more day off from lifting. I felt so burnt out and tired even when sleeping. I will have to learn to take a day off more often. Or else i am going to go backwards. I really was overreaching.
 
So will be focusing more on yoga and cardio. Maybe making a better training block program too, so i hit my goals without getting burned out. Lifting at 100% intensity for 3 weeks straight is not smart.
 
Back and shoulders today.
Have 4 days left of this anadrol section. Starting to get a little lethargic from the anadrol.

edit- actually i am tossing the rest of my anadrol suspension. Getting lethargic. Ran it for 18 days.
 
I just started reading your thread. Garage gyms are the best. Been piecing mine together for some time now
Especially now, i do enjoy being able to blast the music I like, then lifting hard. Having a full gym with pulleys, and smith machine all in one, has dramatically made a difference.

nothing beats a full gym with all equipment. But i am seeing great progress now with a garage gym. Much more then just a squat and bench rack.
 
So this week so far had been a needed deload. I still weigh 238, which i am going slow with the gaining weight now. I think if i can just stay at 240 and pack on quality muscle that would be great.

so did 5 day deload. Hopefully that will be good. Now going to do legs today. If i still am dragging then at least a light leg workout.

that anadrol made me terribly lethargic. Holy crap. But my physique has gotten better. More cut with same weight.

still drinking sodium and potassium.

dropped everything except test.
 
So i am trying to cut a bit and add mass.

i am eating like an animal but very macro concious.

Still drinking 126 oz water with the salt and postassium.

added tren in, 40 mg ed.

I think with the home gym i will really be a pretty good weight size and bf soon.

right now 240 16 % bf

going to go for 235 and 12-13 percent bf.

i am 6 foot 1
 
I do my workout for 1 hr-1.5 hrs in 10-11 AM

then eat and recover

then 30 min cardio at night LISS with some core work. in 7-8PM, which helps me sleep better too.

so 2 minutes on treadmill straight to a core exercise then repeat. I leave the treadmill on.

doing yoga EOD.
 
At the moment i am starting to see veins in my quads and shoulders.

i did however put weight on in my love handles. Never in my life had i had any fat. This is my first semi cut.

It is so easy for me to cut weight. I dont like eating.

so making sure i hit 300-350 grams protein in my most important factor. Then making sure fats dont go above 100.

the carbs i cycle and wat as needed.

the other day i carb loaded like 300 g, but then the day before i had none.

feeling burned a bit, but fighting through it. Feeling sluggish and tired. Not just lifting wise but, work and eating. Doing higher reps now. Ended up having a great leg workout.

feeling tren hard right now, aggression and sweats. Ktom very low dose makes a huge difference, occasionally used. Like 2-3 grams and the tren sides go away. But only doing that for 3 days, then stopping just ising it now because of the workload I have and studying for my cert.

it also helped with the burnout feeling.
