I dont, my hdl has never been above 30 my whole life.
But when i cease use and run trt for a decent time they always return to 30. So after a cruise or trt block they will be back to normal, for me. Same goes with my
LDL and triglycerides.

my hdl was 9, my LDL 180, triglicerides 230 on 10 weeks 400 tren. Then after
They all went back to normal after a trt of 8 weeks. HDL 30, LDL 100, triglycerides 150.

i am getting bloods on monday, so will see how they were after 7 werks trt and 5 days into this blast.
 
Did more food prep today, ground beef, cheese, rice, lentel bowls. 6 ounces of each, but 1 ounce of cheese.

will do this to cut this last bit of fat then going to bulk.

Did 30 min fast pace walk fasted hgh.

slight pip in VG i did the other side, virgin muscle 1cc. So both will have some pip tomorrow.
 
Punned both VG just slight virgin pip, pinned bicep as usual right, no pip.

did 1 hour fasted cardio, after 4 iu gh. The gh is working well, with the fasted cardio i must be 13 bf, when i started 16 bf. 8 weeks. Going to go down, 1-2 more, 8 lbs more then bulk hard. 2 more weeks of eating at maintenence with 45 min fasted cardio everyday and lifting eod. Then bulk hard doing weight lifting ed in PM and fasted cardio AM. 1 week into cycle. Libido seems up a little.

i am making a bunch of chicken marinated in worshester sauce and garlic, with peppericini. Along with jasmine rice. At the moment.

Going to do a super clean bulk in 3 weeks, and see how that goes.
 
Going to say i must of cut 3-4 % bf in 8 weeks,I can see the veins bulging from my abs now. So from 15-16% bf to 12 % bf. Going to continue eating super clean, doing fasted cardio but manipulating macros to gain with minumum fat for 2 weeks. Only upping cals by 250 at a time to not gain an extreme amount of fat.
My love handles lowers.

been lifting everyday for an hour. With timed 45 seconds rest between exercises.

did legs today

instead of fasted cardio i shoveling fasted with hgh for 6 hours. Did this for 2 days.

then pinned 2 iu preworkout.

doing 4 iu fasted am. If not fasted i do the 4 iu preworkout.

Coming up on 2 weeks.

libido up, lifting good, great pumps.

going to be lifting everday 7 days a week. Taking a day off every time i hit each muscle group 2-3 times. So i have a 4 day split. So on the 9 th day i will do active rest with yoga.

I ate a bit crappy with fried foods, but did way to much shoveling, i shoveled 20 inches of snow, equivalent to 25 yards of a foot ball field.

But i am been eating

Black Beans
Lentels
Jasmine rice
Mashed sweet potatoes
Mashed potatoes
Ground beef tacos or plain mixed with the above
Baked/bbq chicken
Salad with zero fat croutons, vinegar

cut all added sugar from diet, like ice tea
I only drink water
If i really need a high carb breakfast ill wat plain rice crispies with milk.

but no added sugar

then my cheat meal i have 2x a week, fried panko chicken, with bufffalo sauce and bluecheese. And only if my fats that day are low, or ill plan my fats to be low so when i eat fried chicken i still dont go above fat macros.

300 protein
250 carbs
80 fats

will only up carbs in beggining then protein half way through cycle.

Goal is 12-14 % bf at 240 lbs.

right now 230 lbs 12 % bf.

A good marinade is Worchester and Italian dressing. Thank me later.

Your gaining would be way better if you got down to 7-8%.

Don't knock it if you have not tried it.

This is one of the things you have probably heard competitors say - their best gains tend to come after a competition. Most are dropping down to 5% or (maybe) lower.

I was just hoping the HGH at 4iu fasted, would allow for the extra couple of percent body fat to come off without actually cutting. But instead eating at maintenance.
Or is that wishful thinking, this is my first hgh run also.

No magical pill!

hgh makes everything better, gaining or cutting, but the basics of diet (cutting or bulking), gear, and intense training all still need to be there.

i gained 1 lbs on this, so keeping it here for 1 more werk then will up it.

focusing carbs in morning, preworkout and post. Protein throughout.

i can usually get what i need without protein shake, but will if i am not hungry at the time and need to force protein in.
 
Upping my dhb to 500 instead of 350. I think i would benefit much more

so

Test 1 mL-100 mg/day-700
Dhb .7 mL-70 mg/day-500 week
EQ .5 mL-150 mg/ MWF -450 week
hgh 4 iu

my diet and training is pretty solid at the moment.
