Where do you get your fats from?

is eating cheese ok?

can i gave a little cheese with every meal if i dont go above 100 grams fats? Seems unhealthy to eat 1oz of cheese 3-4 times a day. If i only eat chicken and rice.

100 fats is my goal.

For tryna get huge I’d stick to olive/nut butters/oils because I don’t think Evan centropini or jay cutler used cheese as his main fat source
 
i love cheese, but with a quick Google search, i wouldn't go overboard, and would get healthier fats from other sources.

1 oz of cheddar cheese has 9 grams of fat, with 6 of those 9 grams being saturated. You could definitely do better than that.

So out of 100 grams of fats, if 40-50% of those are saturated?

I get the rest from ground beef, oil, steak, meats, nuts.

but 40-50% fats is from cheese, so i get like 40% saturated and 60% other.

when you diet do you try for a certain number? Or ratio?

But ill have to use less cheese, it doesnt feel healthy eating that all. i can eat much more chicken with some cheese on it with salsa. Ill cut it in half.

i would shoot for somewhere between 30-40 g if eating 100 g of fat per day. The lower, the better, but we have to start somewhere.

@FR0Z3N_B0MB34 may be able to help. i believe he completely cut saturated fat out of his diet at one point. The man's an animal!

When I read “saturated fats cause micro punctures on insulin receptor cites I felt guilty and scared... unacceptable.. I fuckin need insulin receptors on muscle cells... what the fuck.. so i cutted sat fats, just some from yolks but because it seems they re not classic sat fats and I think they don’t micropunture those poor receptor cites.. how could an egg do such a shamefully thing? In eggs I trust...

And, trust me, cheese is my fav food, and in Italy we have a ton of fuckin freaking good cheeses... plus French ones I fuckin crave... some Swiss and British too...

I eat cheese just in one meal per week, on my cheat meal... legit, in the past, I couldn’t be lean because of fuckin cheese... I beleived I was doing “keto” without carbs and felt in the right position to eat cheese as a fat source ... no way...

I m still at 3500kcal , on a cruise with 250mg test e weekly and 2iu HGH.. no gettin fat and losing some sometimes... I think mainly because of lack of saturated fats since In the past I always had lot of fat... even last year on HGH and cycle...

Sounds good. Do you keep fats at that level? Is 100 grams a bit high? For trying to gain muscle mass on a bulk.

40% Carbs, 40% Pro, 0% Fat... ...20...

Carbs are from my glorious rice sheets and jam... I ate Jam with yolks that should slow their metabolization... as next meal after Post Wo meal, that’s 100g raw rice weight, 190g cooked chicken breast or tuna or other lean meat, and 120g of pineapple juice.. Pineapple fruit should be better but don’t wanna deal with that madness...

Now maybe I m 50% Carb 40% Pro 10% Fat, since I asked John Meadows how to take Inj Carnitine without exogenous Insulin and he said with some carbs pre Wo and that I could swap it with some fats from a meal... so I eliminate one of the 2 20g of peanut butter to make space for 50g of Cyclic Dextrins pre Wo...

I fuckin love that man... I fell in love with training because of him.. now I m a fuckin nerd and I m training like a psycho... something like 4.5 hours 4 days a week and 2 hours the other 2 days for a total of 10 training sessions on 6 days..

I m growing and strength too even on TRT... and I always said to myself and other people I have a shitty genetic because couldnt improve decently even on some drugs 2 years ago, and did half of what I’m doing this year.

then I started training more and harder and improved... but previous cycle (the first real 2 years ago, 12 weeks than quitted cold turkey and fucked everything... restarted on the end of November 2020, 9 weeks.. and now I’m at the start of 6th week on cruise... think to start new cycle next week..

Highly suggest you to check John Meadows YouTube channel and study some videos by him... fuckin nuts.. I ll join is App soon, 30$ monthly but I owe him since I read lot of his programs for free and definitely changed my way of living Bodybuilding..
 
I've found fats to be sort of the enemy on TRT, They re just not needed for hormone production on test replacement. But cheese is the damn nemesis for me also. I'm guilty of grabbing some shredded cheese out of the bag and having a few handfuls in the evening. Bad habit that I need to stop, lol

Ok going for 35-45-20% for a bit see how that goes.

fuckin melted cheese... Camembert ... melted Camembert... melted Cheddar... raw Parmesan Cheese... melted Parmesan Cheese is fuckin nuts... Buffalo Milk Mozzarella slightly warmed... this fuckin world , I can’t really do every fuckin thing I love... damn... drugs are cool but fuck you badly... alcohol too... killing morons too, you kill someone you hate and you go to prison even if he Or she was a moron... You can t race on the streets because is dangerous and can destroy car and or kill people...
I love cheese and I can’t eat it because I ll get fat and ten depressed...

Some unsaturated fats are needed for lot of other stuff.. not just test.. and unsaturated fat in low percentage shouldn’t make anyone fat...

Fuckin cheese... cheese make you fat... fuck...,I would eat fuckin cheese at every fuckin meal every fuckin day... melted cheese with fruit jam... fuck I ate 20mins ago and I m hungry again because of those thoughts

No. i'm currently eating a bit less than normal. Kind of a low effort cut. During my last bulk i had fats set at around 100 g per day, but often came up short by as much as 20 g sometimes.

While bulking.

Looking back through MFP, with my last bulk i had tinkered with macros giving me 47%c - 22%f - 31%p. Though i would mess with it every so often.
