Overdose 10% question

Ok so I thought of something. I have done at least 15-20 brews. But, have never thought about this to now. I always either use Basskiller Online Calc when doing single brews and use formula on pencil and paper when doing my blends. If memory serves me correctly I always use the programed amount of raws on basskiller with the weight displacement already factored out THEN add 10%.

But, when I factor on paper I figure the weight displacement of actual powder PLUS the 10% overdose. All of this is factored into the final volume.

I hope this makes sense, as the question is which way is the proper way to add the 10%?

Example: 100ml Test P 100mg/ml
Displacement (0.909) 10g - 9.09
BA 2% 2ml
BB 20% 20ml
Oil: 68.91
(Then add xtra 1g (10% overdose
Or

Test P 100ml 100mg/ml
Displacement (0.909) 11g - 9.999 ( 10% overdose added with primary amount)
BA2% 2ml
BB20% 20ml
Oil: 68.1

which is correct? Hope this makes sense.

100mg/ml Test Prop +10% OD 200ml.
20%BB
2%BA
Carrier oil.

GRADUATED beaker:

You throw in :
Throw in 22g test prop
20ml BB measured with a syringe.
(Prepare 2x10ml syringes and get over with it.)
0.4ml BA measured with a syringe.
(1ml slin syringe)
Fill with carrier oil till the 200ml mark on the GRADUATED beaker.
Heat to 50C
Stirr

No displacements. Quick maffs.

Buy a graduated beaker.
Buy a 50ml,a 100ml and a 200ml size.

Done.

I’ve had Tren A raws stored in a mason jar with silica packs for 10 months now. I’m gonna overdose em by 10% at 110. Kinda worried they are 10 months old but they are still a pretty and powdery as the day I got them.

The way i do it is this: you have 20g of compound. You break down grams into mg. Take 20000x.1=2000. 20000-2000=18000. You will brew for 18 but add all 20g which will give you a 10% overdose. Never had any problems doing it this way as far as solvency and bloods always prove my dose was correct

Have you ever checked your beakers to see if they are accurate? Some aren’t.

I have thought of this too.
I have also heard that some aren't,but if these particular ones are not as accurate as it can be...then I don't know man really.

I have not checked it yet. Nope.

It's about time I check it before the next brew.

Something I found that I shouldve known...i think my beakers have a tolerance on them for accuracy but my fuck up came from measuring my oil into already warmed raw and solvent. Idk if the raw liquid volume expands or the oil expands upon entering the warmed beaker or both. I found my concentrations were fucked up because of this so now I measure the oil cold in a syringe before putting in the beaker

A syringe is a good way to figure that out. Like you said, good idea.

I always find i need to fill the beaker to 37.5 mL to get my 30 mL vials filled correctly.
I think from the oil lost in syringe filter and on the sides if the beaker that makes 30 mL almost everytime. So the 10% overdose would fix that lost amount, close enough for personal use.

7ml is a lot to lose. I think I figured once if you leave a syringe filter full its max 1ml and the sides of the beaker is probably even less than that.
