225lb bb incline vid.

With the hanging cloth background and facemask, I thought somebody was about to be beheaded.
Man, I got 345 ( really 320 because it was a smith machine) for a couple on incline years ago. I don't ever see it happening again. Getting older aint fun...
my best was 245lbs for 10 and inclines really aggravated an old shoulder injury I suffered as a kid (climbing a tree during a windy thunderstorm was a very bad idea!).

You fellas should post up some lifting vids, infact I think we need a new thread

Nice, I rarely do barbell pressing anymore. I hit 95# dumbbells for 10 the other day on incline and was pretty happy
Incline db pressing is a bit of a pita as getting 85's and 90's in the air is a challenge at times for me, so I prefer a shallow angle.

You should see the circus act of me pressing the 100 and 110 DB with one arm with other arm in a sling(post shoulder op). I’ll see if I can get someone to take vid.

Yikes that had to be rough enough trying to keep your balance and not fall off the bench!

Did something like one armed bandit presses when my left arm was practically useless after a bicep injury...an exercise in itself trying to stay balanced with a 60lb db in my right hand.
