Second cycle cut log

Guys, I need some help.

I've developed a small intermittent cough that I try to hold in sometimes... it's almost like the tren cough everyone is talking about but a milder version. It just comes by itself. I noticed this after I started test E. Just did my first pin for week 4. It doesn't happen after I pin. It happens throughout the day.

I also have a much higher heart rate as well. Maybe even some chest tightening/pain, which seems to have started like today? Nothing serious, but it comes up randomly sometimes.

Any ideas?

If your diet is "good", meaning you are using a food scale for everything you put in your mouth and only eating the meals you prep, then the 5 lbs. is likely water. Could be estrogen but only bloodwork can tell. Pull bloods, check your e2 and then decide on Aromasin.
 
Day 24 Update:

241.6 lbs

I think I'm going to start 12.5mg aromasin today. Mood is starting to get worse with today being the lowest of them all. Not talking about rage, talking about pure sadness.
 
Just took 12.5mg aromasin. Will continue EOD and see if the water retention gets better. I’m up 5 lbs since I started yet my diet is under 2000 calories per day.

Muscles definitely feel hard and full. Pin 2 for week 4 is tomorrow. Next 8 weeks are going to be interesting!

Can I recommend you to start Aromasin only on injection days so I suppose 12.5 mg twice a week? You will regret starting that high. Start low and build up from there, imho
 
Day 26 Update:

Feel MUCH better after I started the Aromasin 2 days ago. My weight also drop by like 0.5 lbs.

My skin, at least in my fatty areas, is definitely thickening, getting hard to squish/pull.

With that said, I am still very bloated for some reason.
 
Biggest problem I have this cycle is that I'm only working out 3x a week...

Monday I do chest/bis

Wed I do back/tris

Friday or Sat or Sunday I do shoulders

Should I be increasing my intensity? I am cutting, so will it make a difference if I increase to 4-5x/week?
 
Where are the legs? I'm training three days a week too, upper lower, so everything get hit 3 times in two weeks. The difference with other "splits" is how many exercises and sets you are going to do that day. Right now I'm doing 30 sets total every training day, divided into the muscles that I train that day. I'm planning on upping it and see when the training fatigue kicks in. Choose what to do, well 4 days a week weren't that bad when I could.

Start of week 5. Did my first pin of the week. Took 12.5mg aromasin as well.

Didn't feel like doing a workout today. I also didn't feel like eating today. Probably got in like 1500 calories, by force.

Getting leaner though!!

My mind is somewhere else today and I accidentally pinned the same quad as I did on Monday. I shouldn’t be worried right? It’s not a big deal? I almost went extremely slow with inserting the needle and it hurt like a bitch piercing my skin.

You're over thinking this one. There is no rule against pinning the same spot twice in a row. The worst thing that is likely to happen is it is a bit extra sore. But otherwise I wouldn't give it another thought

Thanks bro! I don't think it was even the same spot, only the same quad. I'm paranoid lol.
 
Guys, I need some advice please.
I feel like increasing aromasin from 12.5mg on pin days, to 25mg on pin days. Reason being, I’m still bloated. I’m probably not drinking enough water, but still, I shouldn’t be bloated literally every day.

Try increasing the frequency first. I would do 12.5 mg every other day or three times a week.
