Basically what happened is my gf and I split up. Then the next day my cousin died and a couple other small things. So I kind of went on a binger of getting a little messed up basically all day every day for a couple weeks. Lol. Shit happens.

Finally back on a structured program. Going to be doing a meet in roughly 24 weeks. Going to try to qualify for the Arnold in the 198 class. So will need about 1,550 in sleeves. Gym lifts are there right now, so it should be a pretty easy 24 week prep. Will have to make sure not to bomb out on deadlift this time. Lol.

3x3 beltless pause squats @ 405
1x12 beltless pause squats @ 315
3x8 bench @ 265
50 pullups
5x8 chest supported rows
My buckle broke on my belt. So instead of doing heavy squats I just did some pause squats to keep the weight down. Don't need to be hurting my back first week of prep. Lol

Got my new 10mm Rogue belt yesterday. It will certainly take some time to break in though.They allow wraps, same with the qualifying meet. I just don't really have the patience for them though. My top sets I rest in between sets about as long as it takes just to wrap my knees. Lol. No more than a minute typically.
I'm using a 13mm inzer lever belt. This would be my 3rd buckle. I got a knack of doing the Larry wheels thing after my lifts and throwing my belt on the ground. Lol
