Bp still too high to start cycle?

Personally I got a eco cardio gram this year. This is year one of TRT for me. Good to have a baseline to refer back to. Might be something to consider given your family history.
Thanks so got my recent blog

So you are 133/83 with 10mg lisinopril and you were 138/88 without?
No havnt taken the lisinopril yet. Dr wanted to wait but I kind of want to hop on it

OP, have you tried just throwing some cardio at the issue? 138/87 is probably right at the point where cardio every day would bring it down to a desirable range. You have the added benefits of better lipids and better sex too.

Man I swear by berberine/metformin and cardarine while blasting too. Hell, you could even throw some minoxidil on your face or head for hair growth (although not super effective for combating androgenic alopecia, it's effective for facial hair growth) and see a small to moderate impact on your blood pressure.
Honestly havnt done to much cardio. My workouts I limit rest time but def going to add some in.

Well, I will pile on with Live_Evil and say hop on the cardio train. Get your heart rate over 120 for more than 20 minutes at least 4 times a week.

You may find that you don't need the lisinopril, or you may find that you still do.

Try the non-drug way first. It's healthier.

Will do. Dropped the creatine and my egfr already went up from 57 to 62 in 2 weeks. So hoping that keeps climbing. Just want to stay on top of the bp

I agree with this sentiment. My BP is typically about 10/5 lower in the summer when I do a 5k run outside a few times a week than in the winter when I just do some rowing when I remember to.

Gonna start limit salt. Take 5 mg cialis daily along with fish oil and celery seed. Picked up some carditone since you guys rave about it. And cardio every other day.

Please update us in a couple of weeks.

Also, getting the heart rate over 120 for 20 minutes (or more) is important so use something that monitors your heart rate, and remember it takes a little while to get the heart rate up, depending upon what you are doing.

Don’t go too low on the salt. You need to keep your electrolytes up with the increased cardio.

Not that that’s really a worry with a typical North American diet. Everything is loaded with sodium.

This, what is your weight and body fat? If your 220lbs at 20 percent yeah your BP will be high and your kidneys are beat up.

Do you do cardio? Doing cardio and being lean should help with BP. id use meds as a last resort if you can't get your BP under control with good diet staying lean and regular cardio. Do you really want to be a guy who works out and is fit but rely on blood pressure med?

5'10 230 around 10% bf

5'10 230 around 10% bf

if your a legit 10 percent at 230 id try and get it down to 7 percent, you will look bigger being leaner. still 10 percent isn't a total fatass so you have so much muscle its def hard on your heart (all the weight) it wasn't meant to handle 230lbs. best thing to do is what others said get leaner, hit cardio, clean up diet, get BP down but if not may need a med, want to get your creatinine and kidney numbers in check, high BP over time a kidney killer

So been taking that carditone and cialis and doing more cardio. Bp been 135/86 and yesterday was 125/78. So not sure to add the lisinopril or wait for chcle and use it if need be?

I'd personally keep up the cardio regime to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system. Before cycle I was at 120/78, and after my cycle it's been sitting at 135/80, and peaked at 150/100. I pulled the plug when I saw how high it started climbing, as many other members mentioned, high BP is a very significant factor in early mortality.

If you're adamant on starting, monitor your BP daily, and be selective on the compounds you want to run. Tren was especially touchy for my BP. If you touch 140/90 either pull the plug or take the medication. Pressure over 135 starts damaging your kidneys.

Good luck brother

Tested mine today and was surprised to get a reading of 169/90

Going to test it again on Wednesday and see if it's changed

Two weeks into 500mgs test e, And been using 5iu hgh since March

Blood sugar is at 5.1

That's very high brother. 180/120 is a hypertensive crisis to put things in perspective.

Do you have a baseline before you took your reading? Time of day? Are you significantly stressed out? Have you been doing your cardio? Do not let this ride. Keep your eye on it

I would definitely try to lower BP by diet and or meds first and foremost!!! High BP will kill you. If.you can get it under control then and only then I would consider using higher doses.. your already on.trt.. I would stick with compounds that habe least BP sides and monitor BP religiously. Or just trt say 175 maybe 225mg at most and diet and train and you will do well ..
Having high BP is serious.. your normal BP is my highest on a stupid cycle.. and I stress when mine goes up.. what's the point of looking better if you kill yourself doing it?

I've had it tested around two years ago and it was a "normal" reading, don't remember the actual score

Today I had drank two coffees prior to the reading, so I'm hoping that affected things. I'm going to get another one done on Wednesday and see what's up.

I only tested it out of boredom too. Just assumed it was still fine. Very surprised

It could be water retention jacking your BP up if you don't have a history of high blood pressure, either from HGH or high estrogen. It doesn't take long for a healthy individual to develop bad health markers though. Getting old sucks. This is just naturally. If you're enhanced, I highly recommend you buy a BP monitor and test EOD at the minimum man. You owe it to your health to do this at a minimum
