Bp still too high to start cycle?

I'd personally keep up the cardio regime to strengthen your heart and cardiovascular system. Before cycle I was at 120/78, and after my cycle it's been sitting at 135/80, and peaked at 150/100. I pulled the plug when I saw how high it started climbing, as many other members mentioned, high BP is a very significant factor in early mortality.

If you're adamant on starting, monitor your BP daily, and be selective on the compounds you want to run. Tren was especially touchy for my BP. If you touch 140/90 either pull the plug or take the medication. Pressure over 135 starts damaging your kidneys.

Good luck brother
Thanks bro. Yea wanted to just run 300 test 300 npp had anavar on had as well i wanted to use. Wondering if thatd be too much.

It could be water retention jacking your BP up if you don't have a history of high blood pressure, either from HGH or high estrogen. It doesn't take long for a healthy individual to develop bad health markers though. Getting old sucks. This is just naturally. If you're enhanced, I highly recommend you buy a BP monitor and test EOD at the minimum man. You owe it to your health to do this at a minimum

I can easily test every other day so I'm going to start for sure

I don't feel like I am holding a lot of water but weight is up a few Kilos so I guess I am.

Will see what Wednesdays reading brings, stimulant free

Why don't you wait a few weeks and see how this increased cardio and carditone and Cialis treats you? You may end up having excellent blood pressure as a starting point and then lisinopril and such to use if needed when you start your cycle.

Does Cialis give you a stuffy nose?

Tested mine today and was surprised to get a reading of 169/90

Going to test it again on Wednesday and see if it's changed

Two weeks into 500mgs test e, And been using 5iu hgh since March

Blood sugar is at 5.1

I've had it tested around two years ago and it was a "normal" reading, don't remember the actual score

Today I had drank two coffees prior to the reading, so I'm hoping that affected things. I'm going to get another one done on Wednesday and see what's up.

I only tested it out of boredom too. Just assumed it was still fine. Very surprised
Almost everybody with high blood pressure had normal readings a few years ago and is surprised by the higher reading.

"Silent killer" is because this is something you need to check regularly. That is why this is the first thing they do when you visit a doctor, check your blood pressure.

Don't know how old you are or your level of cardio and such, but 169/90 is way too high to leave it for months as you continue your cycle. This may cause damage over that period of time to your eyes and kidneys. Both of those contain little time capillaries. There is also additional damage being done to the lining of your blood vessels, which damage accumulates over the years as you get older. Believe it or not, there is a "tipping point" with age and damage where you cannot returns them back to normal, which is why it is important not to be spending a lot of time damaging them in the first place.

Interesting

I'm in my early 30s

Cardio is non existent right now, spent many years boxing and doing cardio but changed in the past year to concentrate on bulking up

I am banking on that reading being due to little sleep and lots of caffeine

Going to test tomorrow when I wake up and see where its at.

@Skarpyona

Amazingly today I had a total different reading of 121/71

Very bizzare

Was tested twice both times, seated then standing

I wish I had that number. I wonder what caused your really high number a few days ago?

It's very strange, because that first reading was near critical and the second is great. The only thing I can think of is I had two coffees prior to the first reading.

I'm going to check regularly now though because those two readings are wildly different, I need to see what is normal for me

How's your stress? My doc told me that periods of stress can and WILL swing your BP by 30 points across the board.

Otherwise the only thing I can think of is lay off the stims and nose candy hahaha

Why, what is your blood pressure? What, if anything are you doing to try an control it?
It doesnt run quite as high as op but it can still run high sometimes. On lisinopril and verapamil average to low dose. Have had high BP though since my 20s. Around 23 I was on some DBOL and I could not get my nose to stop bleeding. I actually had to go to the ER and things almost went sideways. Been on at least one med since.
Hit me with it. I know I am stupid. I guess this is my vice. I have done a lot of things mostly in my younger days that I figure have shortened my life span.
I will say that I do rarely drink these days and I don't do rec drugs.

So been taking that carditone and cialis and doing more cardio. Bp been 135/86 and yesterday was 125/78. So not sure to add the lisinopril or wait for chcle and use it if need be?
On that same cocktail and it has made a big difference over the past month, was averaging 135/86, this morning 119/68.
Granted I do cardio 5-6 days but I’m also on Test E-300/Deca-125/Primo-700 a week and 3 IU’s of HGH daily so I can’t complain. For what it’s worth I don’t monitor my salt intake in fact I’m taking 2000 mgs of additional sodium a day in an electrolyte supplement.

I am not going to attack you for it. I live in a glass house. I won a bodybuilding contest last year, and I am struggling with high blood pressure. How is that for stupid?

It looks like you are taking steps to control it, anyway. Just find what works for you and stay healthy.
