Says who?You haven’t tried anything consistently enough to know if it works or not
Ah yes, because it’s all drugs right? Drugs do all the work.If you want to compare apples to apples show us some pictures of your physique before hoping on the sauce train.
Had 3 pins put in my shoulder in 2019. 6 hour surgery. Doing side raises with an impingement will hurt and add to tendon issues/tearing. You are 100% incorrect in assuming they cannot hurt. Or cause problems for some people.Oh yeah, sure.
Something magical will happen in the next 8 years to my shoulder joint.
I had rotator cuff issues when I did MMA/Kickboxing.
Also when I first started benching.
Never, ever, have I had shoulder pain doing lateral raises. Nor have I met anyone who does. I can't even see how doing lateral raises puts stress in your rotator cuff.
You're just blowing smoke but we can agree to disagree, no biggie.
Me after a small cut to prime myself for my first mini-blast later this month:
I can tell by your lack of development and musculature. You could still milk beginner gains.Says who?
Dude, you're fucking 8 years older than me or some shit. Stop acting like your a fucking senior. Cringe.
No bro, he knows everything. He read it in a book. There’s no thing that exists. Look at him he’s put time in and everything.Had 3 pins put in my shoulder in 2019. 6 hour surgery. Again, how many times per week where you doing lateral raises?Had 3 pins put in my shoulder in 2019. 6 hour surgery. Doing side raises with an impingement will hurt and add to tendon issues/tearing. You are 100% incorrect in assuming they cannot hurt. Or cause problems for some people.
I just had to put in my bit. I read that and was like WTF???No bro, he knows everything. He read it in a book. There’s no thing that exists. Look at him he’s put time in and everything.
Jesus Christ so you can’t get repetitive use injuries? Shoulder joints are especially prone to themAgain, how many times per week where you doing lateral raises?
Shoulder impingement comes from loading forces in an unnatural joint pattern. I never said you could never get hurt doing lateral raises with improper technique. I only said frequency was not the cause of it.
You can definitely get hurt doing almost any exercise or movement. Frequency is not the issue here tho.
I fucking coached people beside myself. No bro, he knows everything. He read it in a book. There’s no thing that exists. Look at him he’s put time in and everything.
Training like a pussy? I literally either use DC, Yates style or Jordan Peters like I’m doing now. This shit doesn’t work if you train like a pussy. You’ve never trained a day in your life. You’re gonna be sorely disappointed when you get nothing out of your cycle because you’ve gotten nothing without it.I fucking coached people beside myself.
Just because you can get away with training like a pussy because of gear doesn't mean everyone can.
Go sit in your recliner chair, old spirit.
Fucking hell, when have I said that?Jesus Christ so you can’t get repetitive use injuries?
My shoulders respond to higher reps. I do them 3 times a week. I’m also over 40 and lifting crazy heavy is just out the window.Again, how many times per week where you doing lateral raises?

Or you know get stronger. Stop giving advice when you have no experience with application. You don’t even have shoulders, or anything else developed. Maybe it’s because you try to make up for lack of effort and intensity with more frequency and volume.Fucking hell, when have I said that?
You absolutely can but not by doing fucking 3 sets of lateral raises with 25's EOD.
Sure, if you train to failure every fucking set, use improper technique and don't rest, you can get injured.
Again, your body is not a frail little thing, tendons adapt and grow and you have to know how to program.
If you want to bring your lateral head up, just up the frequency for a couple mesos.
Overuse does not happen in a month. Stop being desingenuous.
You can hola at my Instagram and tell me I don't train with intensity, I use the same handle.Or you know get stronger. Stop giving advice when you have no experience with application. Yes, genetic differences in the acromium positioning and shape are a bitch. My shoulders respond to higher reps. I do them 3 times a week. I’m also over 40 and lifting crazy heavy is just out the window.
Impingement can come from multiple things. Mine was genetic. I have a seriously tiny subacromial space which led to impingement problems and eventually a bad tear, hence a 6 hour scope surgery.
But you can overtrain any muscle and injure it. To think not is just inaccurate.
Nice quads!you have
I agree, he does have nice quads tho.Nice quads!
Thanks, brah. You have a very good build for a natty.
