BB Necessary for 250mg/ml Test E with GSO?

Well, title is pretty self-explanatory.

Doing my first brew next month, waiting for raws and supplies to arrive.
Is BB really necessary?

Considering GSO or Sesame for the carrier as they seem to be widely used in pharma products and also thin enough to use with syringe filters.

Trying to stay away from EO as I don't know if I'm allergic to it or not.

Edit - Fucking seller sent me .45 filters instead of .22. Is that good enough? Not feeling like waiting another month for reshipping...

You don't need it... But it'll be thick as fuck and you'll wish you had it.

I only use .22um but I'd use .45um if I had to...

As you can see Pfizer uses 0.2ml of BB per ml at 200mg for Test Cyp… so, Pfizer uses 20% BB for it … even if cypionic acid i think its less fluid then heptanoic..

with enanth i did 10% but last time did 20%… i dont fuckin fear BB… dont give a fuck.. my 20% BB Test E 250mg ml isnt painful like lot of people say.. maybe because lot of them used no BB… BB like everything could give some problems to some people, like everything else, like MCT oil or any kind of oil…

I wouldnt brew it at more than 250mg ml and would start with 10% BB for a small batch.. if you have PIP (post injection pain) with it , next batch try 20% BB..

Check your estrogens before and during the test blast and act accordingly.. don’t start with megadoses because you ll screw your blood pressure even if estrogens is in check.. i speak from personal experience

I'll be doing bloods of course.
I'll also start with just 1cc a week to keep it simple and avoid the need for any AI. I want to find out my lowest effective dose and adjust from there in the future.
Will be having an AI on hand tho if needed, as well as Calcium D-Glucarate if l just need to drop estradiol by a couple picograms.

Regarding BB I don't fear it per se, I just saw a couple recipes at basskilers and here at meso that don't use it and was considering doing it. Not by fear or anything, more like I don't want to add unecessary stuff to my brew if it really doesn't make much difference.

Does it really affect viscosity that much with Test E?

I prefer it over cyp because it has no solvents and it’s nice and thin. I also like it’s slightly shorter half life compared to cyp. Been brewing it like this for years.

you should filter BB before adding it, and the whole solution whould be mixed with some warm (i dont overcome 50 C while brewing) with a hot stirring plate… so almost impossible to do it.. as stated before you could do a first small batch and test it without BB , but again, this fear of BB its pretty stupid and bro thing.

try 20ml without BB and then take your conclusions. Could add in the next batch

My suggestion is that you don't try and get too clever with this. It's cool to question some things but, in the end, stick with tried and true processes and ingredients.

15% BB for test e is way more than enough to thin it out. I also highly prefer mct with everything. Beyond that, no need to try and get away with excluding things.

I know viscosity rate can interfere with clearance time of the depot and I heard that with MCT you should increase injection frequency because of that to mantain hormone stability as it clears the depot faster than GSO or Sesame.

Edit.. you can get sterile lab grade gso and mct sterile lab grade bb and ba all from Amazon and ebay.. I get mine from ebay.. really fair price for sterile lab quality.. also in my experience my filters last longer using sterile lab grade oils versus grocery store style gso/mct.. I'm fairly certain this is because.tje lab grade is already filtered and cleaner then the grocery store stuff

The safest method is dehydronated vials streaight from a syringe filter. Use a caulking gun to press on it just make sure you use a Whatman filter cause there better quality and won't BREAK regardless of how hard you push. Trust me..I've tried it. Lol

its not sub atomical physics.. dont need to think about clearance , MCT is just thinner, you would save a lot of time drawing and pushing with the syringe, some say that MCT gives them bad reaction, majority don’t.

you wanna pin 3 x week? Or EOD? Its the same, EOD its 3.5 per week, so doing it 3 x week instead of EOD, if you start on monday, with EOD you should pin on sunday, with 3 x week you end your week schedule on friday. It doesnt change a fuck..

I live in the EU. No BB/BA on Amazon here. Nor quick delivery seringe filters either, at least that I know of. I'm not looking into bottle top filters just now because I'll only be brewing small-ish amounts for myself.

I bought some sealed sterile vials and sealed syringe filters (generic). I already have a caulking gun because of home work, I'm guessing any kind will work.

So I'm basically going beaker, syringe, syringe filter straight to sterile vial.
Is that good enough? I'll be looking for some .22 in the future but they will take a while to get here.

Use 0.22 PVDF or PTFE filters… because will resist to BB and BA… avoid the others..
