How do you “fat loss phase”

Yeah, I'm already much leaner than I've been in the past at 15. I probably stuck around 20-25 before. I'm turning 40 this year and want to get peeled for the first time in my life
I don’t know how you train but the fastest I ever dropped bf was running Meadows Onslaught routine. It was brutal and I know people say we don’t burn a lot of calories working out but I had weight dropping fast on a cut I could very clearly see weekly changes from week1 to week12. I did no cardio, took no fatloss drugs and I wasn’t running crazy gear. It was 400dhb 200test. I’ve done it twice with Meadows programs the other time I did his Gama Bomb program. I was burning through everything I ate.
His programs are great for older guys who love to train hard but need more intelligent programming.

I think I have both of those, I'll check. I got a couple injuries I need to work around. I also workout alone, so some of the banded excersises are a no go for me. The program i'm running now, I pretty much pieced together from his YouTube videos.

I work alone too. I don’t even know how I’d feel with a training partner.
I didn’t use any bands and I had to change out certain exercises for what works for me and to not aggravate injuries.

If you don’t have it get his Team Universe routine it’s very in depth with his exact diet, cardio, how he’s feeling, etc.

Once you get into single digits, you will wonder why you haven't done it before.
Working on a cut as you suggested a month or so ago

Down 15lbs and I hate my life but love the mirror.
ED Cardio
Dropped cals to 3k
Goal is from 245 to a peeled 205
Dont think I'll last that long, but we will see.

Have a friendly wager/competition coming up, judged by a female pro... steak dinner at a top restaurant is on the line

30 lbs to go and 2.5 months to do it,
Going to be a fucking rough summer

For me, in order of importance:
deficit (means weighing food for a week then sticking to the same meals)
protein
VEGETABLES (don't forget these), help with satiety and important on very high protein diets
cheat foods if I can't sleep due to hunger are pickles (they work), casein shake, if I need fats I'll have a handful of almonds
no cardio
no weight-loss drugs

I keep it simple. When I bulk I eat 3-4 good clean meals per day(chicken or fish n rice with veggies)along with a "dirty" meal as well like a slice of pizza or can of chunky stew and when it's fat loss time I stick to 3 meals per day like eggs n toast, tuna sandwiches, and the usual chicken/fish and rice with veggies. More cardio when dieting and chewing gum 24/7 lol ;)
