I can get down to 5% on much more than 200mg. I do it through suffering week after week. I take my weight after I piss in the morning. Eat a bunch of bird food bikini girl size meals. Lift. Do some cardio later in the evening. Send coach pics. Change the food. Suffer more. Lose sleep. Get angry. Obsess about a refeed. And thats it. 2300 calories for too long and your nothing but veins and depleted muscles.
