vaccine cards are printed on 3x4 cardstock (around 80lb cardstock). you can easily find the pdf file to print them online

Well since I haven’t waited tables in years and I have a really good job now and my wife owns her business that is doing extremely well I doubt it. Hell I actually work maybe 15hours a week and make 4K doing it. I think I’m doing okay.
