The next steps

Well I did it, I finally cut down to 10% bodyfat, But at what cost? I had a meeting at work yesterday and one of the women at the office literally interrupted the whole meeting to say that I lost a ton of weight and everyone should congratulate me. She also made a comment that hit home... If you lose more you're going to wither away.

Panicked I went home and stepped on the scale thinking I was sitting around 220lbs... no, I was 210lbs.

At 6'3" I am now a small boy and wrapping up my first week of pct after running test E for 500mgs 16weeks.

Where do I go from here?
I'm running 2iu of hgh every morning when I wake up. I have also upped the calories at maintenance, to slightly above, still no dairy, no fruit, minimal red meat, all carbs from meat, veggies, protein mixes, rice, starches.

Pct I've dropped my training from 5-6 days a week TB to doing a split 3days a week that I'm gradually going to taper up to 5 days. Volume has dropped from 2-3hour workouts to and hour.

Where do I go from here?
The goal is to do my first competition next spring/summer

I'm getting bloods done and full physical end of September, if everything checks out, I'll cycle again December/January.

Between that time should I try to maintain being as lean as possible?
Or train for strength and put a little bit more muscle on at the cost of raising the bf?

The next cycles goal is to get clean lean gains, TB workouts, ripping for maximum hypertrophy. Diet, like I am now, but doubling portions of lean meat and eggs.
Gear:
6weeks var 50mg
Provirion 25mgs throughout
Hgh 4iu daily
Hcg 1500 iu twice a week
Aromisin on hand
Test E 750mgs 16weeks
Mast E (Not sure what I want to do with it yet)
Equipose 1000mgs
Thinking about injectable winning at the back end
Or superdrol 15mgs as long as I can bare it.

Would you do anything differently?
 
Holy fucking shit dude. Assuming this isn’t a troll, scrap all of this. All of this plan is ALL over the place; diet training and gear. If you’re serious about competing I would find a coach. There is so much to unpack her I legit can’t do it via text on a forum.

Okay so I exaggerated that I was running 500mgs of test when I was actually running 750mgs, who doesn't underplay what they take to get the results they get?

And before you take my pwo thread out of context, I ordered that gear like three years ago, it had no labels on it, I literally had no way of knowing.

Literally got what was left at the bottom of one vial and then went on to the next one which turned out to be a PWO mix.
 
Why would we underplay anything? If you’re rocking half a gram of testosterone a week then you’re rocking half a gram of testosterone a week. No one here cares how much gear you use, or pretend to use. This is for harm reduction, not fabricating stories and certainly not justification. You’ll get fuck all help here if you very openly and blatantly lie.

In my opinion, It looks like you don’t want help anyway as you don’t seem to read Constructive posts on similar topics using the search function. You’re one of those dudes that just said here’s what I’m doing and I’m right.

I don’t underplay what I take. That doesn’t make any sense.
I just started a decent blast 1gram test e, 800dhb, 100mg anavar, 4iu gh, and trying some igf 500mcg a day.
it’s more than I’ve taken in a long time but I’ll keep going as bloods permit.

Nice cycle btw and hoping to start another simple cycle this winter.
1 g test e? Damn...I am thinking of 750mg for mine.

Loads of dudes bullshit about what they're taking. I know a guy that's blasting way to much tren and its nice to tell him I take half a gram and look better the he does lol.

And youre opinion is correct, I don't appreciate pretentious douchbags who come to talk shit because it's "not their outdated way" rather than give some advice, or even constructive criticism.

So I guess for those of you hating on this plan I put together here... be happy that dreams and aspirations have been crushed for the next year or so!

Cut the self pity. No one here is trying to make you out to be an asshole. Just be honest about what you're using and be glad that some bright minds stepped in before you wasted all of that money on a convoluted cycle.

I am sorry about your lumbar spine, that sounds terrible and I hope you heal quickly.

You see the white on the outside touching your spine like in this picture? Ask your dr about it. The fatty tissue compresses the spine. I have it so bad it’s actually in my spine as well.

Thanks for the info man! I'll be sure to bring it to the doctor's attention. Could explain why my foot is numb (hopefully not the case though..) because from the MRI, it doesn't look like my disc's are buldging enough to cause that side effect.

Wow, that sounds nasty and I have something like that myself as well but not that thick a layer (yet), but do have scoliosis that's moderate but corrective exercises have helped and I feel little to no back pain.

Bet to correct your situation (and the OP's) would require surgery to remove that fatty layer that's pressing on the spine.
