No.. i just gave up when had a crash with my bike… this one i m running right now its the 4th legit cycle… because during the years i just fucked around and did nothing because of different kind of problems… that pic was from like 8 years ago.. i started using drugs 2 years ago but did one cycle then stop and got back to square one… then i remessed up one year later, health issues… then in November 2020 i got in contact with Jamie Do Rego that had me on the right track… and then I continued on my own, even if a lost 3 months because of a bad epicondylitis and went on trt without training..You trained for 9 months and gave up and started doing drugs?
Most people me included have no idea what our genetic potential is or ever could’ve been. Zyzz was not ever impressive. He was small and had low bodyfat

Months ago i tried pushing it and ended up bloated and maybe i had the same mass i have now, since weight its pretty similar…
Here i was on npp instead of tren and boldenone instead of primo… less aromasin.. kcals were pretty much the same… i wasnt absolutelyhappy..

this is today , and im running 175mg tren ace instead of 300mg npp, 500mg test prop instead of 600mg test e, 800mg primo instead of 450mg Bold Cyp + 50mg Anadrol..
So, estrogens played a big role.. diet is almost the same, so, compounds too play a big role

Absolutely agree. You’ve gotta push the food to really grow. You’ve gotta be progressive with everything including calories. That’s why guys think they’ve plateaued on a cycle because they didn’t up the protein and didn’t up their cals. They were too worried about how they looked from point a to point b.But - my opinion only - ya gotta get a little bloated and washed out to make a push for the next level. You can't admiring your cuts in in the mirror all the time if you want to go from 200 pounds on stage to 220 on stage within the next year or three.

i totally agree but i dont wanna spend half a year looking bad so i wanna try to grow the cleanest possible… will see if its possible… and i m far from being shredded right now, so i consider myself already in off season look… love handles are there, abs arent crazy… so , fattier and more bloated than what i already am doesnt sound good… some men physique i follow on instagram (very high level, something like classic… check this italian guy, qualified to the Olympia..
