Guys on here who brag about being small and “fit”

You trained for 9 months and gave up and started doing drugs?
Most people me included have no idea what our genetic potential is or ever could’ve been. Zyzz was not ever impressive. He was small and had low bodyfat
No.. i just gave up when had a crash with my bike… this one i m running right now its the 4th legit cycle… because during the years i just fucked around and did nothing because of different kind of problems… that pic was from like 8 years ago.. i started using drugs 2 years ago but did one cycle then stop and got back to square one… then i remessed up one year later, health issues… then in November 2020 i got in contact with Jamie Do Rego that had me on the right track… and then I continued on my own, even if a lost 3 months because of a bad epicondylitis and went on trt without training..

Everytime you learn more about yourself and about how things work for you

Months ago i tried pushing it and ended up bloated and maybe i had the same mass i have now, since weight its pretty similar…

Here i was on npp instead of tren and boldenone instead of primo… less aromasin.. kcals were pretty much the same… i wasnt absolutelyhappy..

this is today , and im running 175mg tren ace instead of 300mg npp, 500mg test prop instead of 600mg test e, 800mg primo instead of 450mg Bold Cyp + 50mg Anadrol..

So, estrogens played a big role.. diet is almost the same, so, compounds too play a big role

I’d say you have more lean tissue now if weight is around the same. So you’ve actually grown.
 
Guys tend to fixate on the scale going up. Sometimes the scale staying the same or even dropping isn’t a bad thing. If somebody weighs 180 at around 25% bf and he bust his ass for a year and ends up at 175 at 8-10% bf then he’s lost weight but he’s gained muscle.
 
But - my opinion only - ya gotta get a little bloated and washed out to make a push for the next level. You can't be admiring your cuts in in the mirror all the time if you want to go from 200 pounds on stage to 220 on stage within the next year or three.

Absolutely agree. You’ve gotta push the food to really grow. You’ve gotta be progressive with everything including calories. That’s why guys think they’ve plateaued on a cycle because they didn’t up the protein and didn’t up their cals. They were too worried about how they looked from point a to point b.
I think for the average person though just looking to gain some muscle and get leaner the scale isn’t all that important and they can stay relatively lean.
I also think a lot of the guys who say they “don’t want to get too big” don’t actually believe they can. It’s like the guys who say they don’t want abs. Not all but most.
Im almost a Dante Trudel Zealot though so.

i totally agree but i dont wanna spend half a year looking bad so i wanna try to grow the cleanest possible… will see if its possible… and i m far from being shredded right now, so i consider myself already in off season look… love handles are there, abs arent crazy… so , fattier and more bloated than what i already am doesnt sound good… some men physique i follow on instagram (very high level, something like classic… check this italian guy, qualified to the Olympia..

most white guys can not look like the dead addict natural, black guys, yes. sure you can cut natty, with bad or average genetics, you don't retain muscle, thats if you ever gained it. good genetics can look like that natural, many blacks, very few whites

I keep Protein high: around 3gr per kg body and the protein sources I generally use are: egg white, chicken, beef, fish.

As for fats, on the other hand, I use around 1 gr per body kg and alternate with olive oil, dried fruit, mct. The off season is 1 or 2 free meals per week."

 
never understood the fascination with drinking olive oil, tastes like shit and eating is way better than drinking oil. thought it was common knowledge that cooking oils other than coconut are bad for you, not directed t you but the croci guy

Yeah and that one guy one here who’s a pro bodybuilder with his detailed log will eat upwards of 6k calories off season and still looks shredded. And he’s only 5’7 205lbs, blows my mind how he does it

Ok thats fine… anyway you just have to do trials and errors… take bloods during a cycle and see… it just takes a little bit of patience and effort to monitor e2 level… otherwise you have to keep playin guessing game
