3 Week DNP cycle Log

yes. It doesn't have to be crazy here, but doing SOME resistance work is going to do more to prevent muscle loss (and accelerate your fat losses) than literally all the drugs you are taking.

You simply don't have the margin to lose more of what little you have.

Would you shift to lower weights higher reps? Or take it to 75-80% of your 1RM?

Literally whatever you will do and stick with through the remaining weeks. It hardly matters what the rep/weight schema is.

Thanks, I know I can be hard headed and I appreciate the sincere effort.

I'll cut back on the cardio and throw in some resistance training.
 
So an update, the hunger and cravings were getting to be too much to the point that I was sneaking in junk food and couldn't restrain myself. Pizza and burgers when I'm usually better about my diet.

I used dnp for four days but I'm stopping it early because there's no point in taking it if the cravings are getting to be too intense that I'm undoing the work of DNP anyways.

I could lower my dose and for my next run I will do that but I need to go back to the lab and basically figure out a better meal plan etc.

So basically stopping this early

This is the sensible thing. The drugs cannot help without this being nailed down and PROVEN over 8 weeks without the drugs first.
 
The plan was retarded from day 1 tbh however I'd still like to suggest ephedrine. Muscle sparing and surpresses appetite. You said you have access to phentermine, so why use dnp?

It seems like you probably shouldn't be using test at the moment as well. If you can't be consistent you're just wasting your time, money, and hormones.
