It doesn't have to be crazy here, but doing SOME resistance work is going to do more to prevent muscle loss (and accelerate your fat losses) than literally all the drugs you are taking.So even with dnp you would recommend some type of resistance training? I didn't think three weeks could be enough time to lose muscle.
You simply don't have the margin to lose more of what little you have.
Would you shift to lower weights higher reps? Or take it to 75-80% of your 1RM?
Literally whatever you will do and stick with through the remaining weeks. It hardly matters what the rep/weight schema is.
