Norm was great! He was one of the best SNL cast members and I loved his Dirty Work movie.Passed away today at the age of 61 from cancerI'm glad I quit smoking almost a year ago!

He was the best. Gave the Clintons the business like no other.
Always brought a smile to my face and at the same time made me think a little about the world around me. A real treasure that will be missed within our culture.

To me one of the most important characteristics of a comedian is to say something really funny with a straight face. He was the master of that. I thought he looked different recently. It honestly takes a hero to live with cancer for almost a decade and not say anything about it. Doctor tells you that you have cancer, fear is the most common reaction. To not burden anyone else with your cancer when you know it would help to talk about it, is heroic.

One of the very best modern era comedians and characters. Hell I personally put Norm on my elite best list of all time. Perhaps gravely underrated on a global scale.
