Are you saying Russias new(1986?) freedom is from the people having a violent revolution? I will check out the podcast

Yes check out the podcast.

Western media knew next to nothing about what went on during the iron curtain cold war. And had no interest when it ended.

The suffering of the Russian people is at least equal to the Jewish.

And it goes on to this day.

But did they have a violent revolution to get their new rights?

Looks like the supreme court does get involved. Also in 1876 it looks like but I didn't read any on that yet

Again joe, the supreme court doesn't dictate election laws, or rules to the states.

Of course everyone is familiar with bush vs Gore. It literally upended election laws in many southern states.

The supreme court determined Florida didn't follow it's own laws. It didn't dictate those laws to them.

Same with Trump. Basically the supreme court looked at the case, and kicked it back the states because elections are not federal law. They're state law. They didn't determine the state violated it's own laws, and integrity of the election in the state, was up to the states to determine. Not the supreme court.

They didn't hear any evidence or conduct any investigation. They kicked the matter back to the state. Then the fucked up part is the states, looked at the election officials and said "was all this shit legit"? And the officials who conducted the elections said "uh, yeah" , then the judges dismissed the cases. Told the lawyers to take the matter up with the election officials. Imagine that. You catch people fucking up, and fucking you over, then the court tells you to take the matter up with them. Dismissed the cases on procedural grounds, because the procedure says only an election official can file a case. Fucked up shit.

Just like in Florida, the supreme court upheld Florida state law, and ceded jurisdiction there.

You're a goal post moving MFer.

You say no one has gotten rights from their government without violence. I bring up the right to vote for most in this country and you bring up the civil rights movement that happens 50 years later and disqualify the rest by saying you really mean owning land. So I bring up Russians now being able to own land and not having to have a violent revolution to get it. But no Russia did have a violent revolution just nobody heard about it except some random ass podcast.

You try and say the fed and or supreme court won't get involved in a states election results but it did 20 years earlier but that doesn't count because the state didn't break any laws and the court will only get involved if laws are broke. So if no laws were broke what the fuck are you bitching about

You're full of shit joe.

Those rights were granted under threat of force. In every instance.
Property rights in Russia were no different. It came as the result of decades of violence, oppression and resistance. It was, like all rights, a concession to coerce cooperation and avoid conflict.

That includes the original right to vote in this country. That was the cost of cooperation, under the threat of rebellion. Same goes for all nations, past, present and future.

The fourteen amendment prohibits the federal government from interfering in states affairs, like elections. The fed cannot make state laws, nor change them. You don't understand the courts ruling. The ruling said Florida didn't follow its own laws. It didn't make any other determination.

Trump’s entire administration was a huge dumpster fire and he set US international relations back about ten years, but I will say that he at least didn’t start any wars.

Biden will. Mark my words.
International relations? Lol France has just recalled its ambassador to the US. Seem we are as popular as ever.

British Parliament just sent a rebuke of Joe Biden. More or less saying they don't want to work with us until he's gone.

Several other allies have shared the same sentiment.
Hunter Biden spent years stealing bribes from Ukraine, and all the Baltic countries know fully well what joe biden means.

They know all about the Biden family getting money from wealthy Moscow Elite's while extorting even more from Baltic gas companies and getting paid through the backdoor for "consulting work" by communist Chinese investment bankers.

The only people who have illusions about "old honest joey" is american liberals. Because they'd literally stick a firecracker up thier asses if a democrat party politician told them to. And if a republican told them not to light the fuse hanging out of their ass, they'd surely blow up.

And you're right, the rest of the world is just as disgusted with Joe Biden as sane american citizens.

The French have always been on the temperamental side. They will get over it.

Ask them if they would rather have conventional or nuclear powered submarines.

Crazy to see people cheering on the secret police going after American citizens for wrong think. Dangerous times.

The secret police are the Federal Bureau of Investigations. Here is the website.

Code:
 https://www.fbi.gov/

Secret? In what way did they hide anything at all?

Just because you do not like the result of something, does not mean it is nefarious. I am all for keeping an eye on our investigators but in this case I think everything that happened was rather straight forward, at least from the criminal investigation angle. Always willing to hear new information or links.

Wrong think?

They broke into the Capitol Building, bro. Are we talking about the same event?

People are free to think whatever they like. They’re not free, however, to storm government buildings because they’re butthurt over the result of an election.

Over powered and unaccountable. They just throw out any made up claim they feel like and if you don't have a second house to sell you're screwed. They just tried to pin the whole thing on a retired admiral who didn't even set foot in the building. When confronted by a good lawyer they had no evidence whatsoever.

These fuckers can send their crack csi team down to Florida for two weeks examining a garage pull but too busy to stop a doctor from butt fucking the entire little girls Olympic team.

In hindsight I realize it's probably not advisable to speak ill of the Gestapo on an internet forum so if you guys are listening I was just kidding fellas.

I don't believe that you punish the soldiers. They were caught up in something few of them understood. The ones who directed the insurrection are the one who should be in court. That won't happen.

I grew marajuana and sold steroids for 40 years. Cops have been an existential threat my entire life. I don't cheer them on. That said I do support democracy.
