So is it okay
Question is how did moisture get in the vial. If it was them not drying the vials after sterilizing, it should be fine, but why take the risk. What if they pissed / dropped something in the vial and that's why there's moisture?

I suppose you're right.
 
Generally it’s bc the longer you keep Tren A raws the more susceptible they are to retaining moisture. It’s moisture from your raws not vial.
Yes i Guess that the problem is that... Basically how much time our tren is exposed to moisture.

What if i heat the raws at 50 C degrees and then i brew it? Shouldn't solve the issue?

this is a defect in the manufacture of raw material "raws" has already happened to me, I had a refund for other raws
