Hey guys,
I have been dealing with sleep apnea/snoring/stop breathing for a few seconds for several months now. It's negatively impacted my sleep quality. I work shift work, and I have noticed how much more fatigued and exhausted I am. My snoring also causes disruptions for other people sleeping with me.
Before using testosterone/steroids I did not have this issue.
I have an overnight sleep study I'm participating in coming up soon.
Just wondering if anyone had advice on other things I could try to help resolve my issue? I know they will offer treatment options possibly at the conclusion of my sleep study. But I definitely wanted to try other methods a doctor may not recommend....or that you guys have found success with?
Recommendations for blood work to be completed to check certain blood markers? I have read that elevated RBC may contribute to my issue? I will complete blood work asap and speak to a doctor.
Any help would be much appreciated.
I am going to work on losing some weight, as I'm sure the extra weight gain from steroids doesn't help. I will probably also lower my test dose to a lower/TRT dose.
Thanks guys. Will be very helpful any information you guys can provide that was effective for you!
