Hello,
I have little to increase workout load, so sometimes (twice a year this year) i get sick from overtraining if everything is not on point (like starting a new program, adding a few nights of little sleep or going out and drinking alcohol), my question is: considering i keep the same volume, would adding steroids prevent me from getting sick from too much training?
Also, what is the best course of action once you get sick? Did a deload week with half the intensity and more rest days, but it's going to linger for another week it seems.
And yes, i got too much fatigue accumulated and got sick due to it and not keeping up with the resting or adding aditional stressors, it wasn't random.
