Getting sick from overtraining, can steroids fix this?

Gear does patch up terrible programming to a large extent, but certainly doesn't optimize it. You'd be well served by intelligent programming, perhaps with some guidance from a coach. This is, assuming, you're not training excessively due to some underlying mental health issues, that should be treated directly.

Idk but it cant hurt to try! I remember training natty. Im 34 now and the older I got the less good it felt to lift, just overall. Now im not natty and physical exertion is almost erotic at times!! Much more enjoyable experience this side of the pin! But alas, to echo things already said, you will get injured over training and the risk is greater on gear because you can push even harder. The fatigue you accumulate on gear is much more than natty. I recently went on cruise after a heavy gear cycle and got stronger because I was getting more sleep.
i can vouch for this. Overreaching was never a problem when i was natty, though i was also weaker and smaller.

Im my own coach, since that's the best i can get around here, the programming is 3 weeks of increasing intensity and a deload week and different training blocks depending on the objectives.

I haven't had my head checked, but you may be onto something.

That doesn't sound bad in itself, nor does 5x5. The problem could be, simply, ramping up intensity too quickly atop all the cardio stuff. The latter will take much more out of you than lifting heavy a few days a week.

It's just too hard:
40-50%C, 25-30%F, 30-35%P, one day a week low carbs or even 36 hrs of fasting some weeks, 4k-4k5 kcals to maintain weight or slight gains, diet is perfect, 10% tops from "bad foods". 86kilos. 8-9 hours of sleep.

40 mins of running or HIIT in the bycicle Monday-Friday, drills and sprints on Sunday for around 1 hour. Increasing the running amount every week.

Lifting as much as i can handle, around 4,5hrs a week. About to start a 5x5 for bench, squat, dlift, mpress, bb row and weighted pullups next week, with few accessories.

1+ hour of boxing Monday-Friday, and the wildcard: sparrings here and there which fatigues me the most.

Also, now that we are at it, i would like to know when is the best time for a steroid cycle, when you are working towards general strength, max strenth, power, or even speed? considering you only want to cycle for a couple of months and hence can't train everything while on cycle.
The problem is that you have to decide what kind of training you have now. bulk or intensity. If you don't make adjustments initially, the steroid cycle may not help. Steroids are used as a recovery. But in the beginning, there is a long-term adaptation to the load. and judging by your post, your body is resisting. so you need to make adjustments to your training process, see how much food is in your diet and then start the steroid cycle

Something many ppl neglect is volume and how it plays into consistency. For example, you could have a really high volume day on one given day, but then you’re shot to shit on another day because of it and you go off the rails with your diet. Or your appetite sucks, sleep sucks, nervous system fatigue, etc etc. You probably would have been better off going half that volume and sticking the path on a consistent basis

I definitely support it. people think it's the little things, it's the foundation - the foundation. Already to these things is added a course of steroids
